“recommended collaborative tool
Pros
Miro's intuitive and collaborative nature sets it apart. Its quick performance across devices without the need for additional software or plugins makes it easy to engage different team members.
Cons
The only downside I see is that uploading media such as videos can take a while to update. Additionally the price per license is a bit high for small companies. However the free basic version is quite comprehensive.

“Miro - a collaboration tool for groups
Pros
Miro facilitates collaboration among multiple individuals in real-time making it an essential tool for group work presentations and case studies. It has been invaluable during lockdowns and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cons
Miro utilizes substantial resources causing my device's fans to rev up and work at a faster pace than usual when I open a Miro board. This can be problematic for devices that are not as high-performance and struggle with heavy workloads.

“World class collaboration software lacking offline functionality to be perfect
Pros
I've been a user of Miro since its Realtime board days and it continues to be a pleasure to use. It loads effortlessly even on lower-spec computers setting it apart from other products created by industry giants. The platform offers an extensive range of apps templates and frameworks providing endless possibilities.
Cons
Despite having raised significant funds from investors and being available for a few years the product still lacks offline functionality. It would be great if the team could find a solution for this considering they already support "frames" within boards. One possibility is to create a duplicate of a frame to work with offline allowing users to merge changes later. Alternatively they could enable users to work offline on a copy of the file especially for situations like flights or commutes with poor connectivity where users may want to sketch and plan their ideas.

“Perfect for remote work
Pros
Miro came into our lives at the perfect time. With the shift to remote meetings it offers numerous opportunities for live collaboration. The inclusion of live voice functionality adds even more value to the experience.
Cons
The abundance of possibilities in Miro can be overwhelming and there's never enough time to explore all of them despite the availability of various forms of training content.

“Create Workflow Charts Anytime
Pros
Using Miro is super easy. Creating new boards adding members and getting started with designing happens instantly. The platform is beginner-friendly thanks to its simple guides and tutorials that facilitate quick learning.
Cons
Miro's ease of use can be a double-edged sword. With the ability to create numerous boards it's easy to get lost particularly for those who are naturally disorganized. Properly naming the boards can help mitigate this issue.

“Creation and organization of processes
Pros
The freedom of creation in Miro is what impressed me the most. The vast board space and countless component options allow users to unleash their creativity. The ability to resize post-its and zoom in to view their content is a fantastic feature that I absolutely love.
Cons
The software's memory usage is a drawback causing system slowdowns and lengthy startup times.

“Amazing whiteboard collaboration and ideating tool
Pros
Miro proves to be a remarkable tool for creating visually appealing charts and facilitating collaborative brainstorming sessions with teams. Its extensive collection of modern and attractive premade templates accelerates work progress. The integrated video chat and presentation mode greatly aid collaboration making it ideal for teaching collaboration and brainstorming purposes. Additionally Miro offers a comprehensive view of ongoing projects allowing for in-depth discussions and informed decision-making.
Cons
Collaborating with Miro on Zoom can be less smooth especially with larger teams working on the same board. The experience of using a Wacom pen to create sketches on a Miro board was not as smooth as expected leading to a preference for creating flowcharts rather than sketches.

“Th golden standard in whiteboarding
Pros
The ease of starting with Miro is astounding. Registering and immediately starting to whiteboard is a breeze. And if you ever need additional functionality just explore the app's menus and you'll find exactly what you're looking for whether it's a kanban board a timer or building blocks for flowcharting.
Cons
Collaborative editing in Miro can be expensive especially for the pricier plans. Even with the free or "consultant" plan sharing boards and editing can feel somewhat rough potentially resulting in high costs for additional users.

“Digital collaboration & workshops
Pros
The user-friendly interface of Miro makes it easy for anyone even those unfamiliar with such software to navigate. Collaboration is seamless with tools like timers voting features and pre-included templates. The recent addition of Miro smart meetings has made organizing interactive workshops a delightful experience.
Cons
The new functionality introduced with Miro smart meetings is highly appreciated. However since it is relatively new there are missing features and some aspects are not as polished as the rest of Miro.

“Easy to learn for workshop hosts and participants
Pros
Miro's intuitive tools make it easy to learn especially for those familiar with PowerPoint or similar software.
Cons
Unfortunately there was a glitch that caused four hours of work to go missing from the board. Eventually we were able to retrieve it using a restore function but it took a significant amount of time to figure out how to do so.
