“Collaborative postit wall
Pros
Miro is a fully-featured digital collaborative post-it wall that is intuitive to use. It excels at quickly collecting and storing thoughts.
Cons
Managing a larger collection in Miro can be challenging due to the lack of a hierarchy concept. Moving and resizing large collections of post-its becomes a tedious task.

“Easy to use if you have used sticky note brainstorming before
Pros
Remote brainstorming and collaboration are crucial for teams and Miro supports this effectively. Features like idea surveying and voting complement the core feature of remote brainstorming. The program offers various collaboration methods that are simple and intuitive catering to users with varying technical skills.
Cons
It would be beneficial if the program didn't cater solely to users with limited technical skills and offered more robust sketching features. As files grow larger the program can sometimes appear clunky slowing down or experiencing glitches. It's also easy to get lost in space.

“One of the best tools for any business regardless of size and stage.
Pros
For us Miro has been like a Swiss army knife serving multiple purposes exceptionally well. From building user flows to organizing tasks and creating digital workspaces for sprints Miro has it all. It's easy to work with highly customizable and with three free spaces we haven't felt the need to explore other options.
Cons
In all honesty we have been using Miro for over a year and have yet to encounter any negatives. As a growing company it will be interesting to see how it scales with us but we are aware that many companies with 500+ use it indicating its effectiveness.

“Best for Development Process
Pros
Miro provides ready-made templates that serve as a great starting point for new users. It enables quick adaptation for new team members. Additionally it offers activity tracking preventing confusion during collaborative work. The simplicity of its presentation mode brings ideas to the forefront effectively.
Cons
It would be great if Miro could understand the branching structure while creating a flow and offer different display formats to suit individual preferences. This would prevent customer presentations from becoming monotonous in terms of visual quality.

“The most versatile board tool
Pros
Miro stands out as an incredibly versatile tool that offers endless possibilities. Its functional board caters to multiple needs providing an almost infinite space for creativity. What truly sets Miro apart is its vibrant community and the support it offers. Not only does Miro provide official templates but it also allows the community to create open and free templates for anyone in need.
Cons
Miro's pricing structure may not be the most affordable especially for large work teams. The free version only permits three boards per user and the paid version charges per user rather than per group. Additionally the free version lacks certain standout features like voting timers and board history.

“Great for team collaboration
Pros
With an extensive set of features and countless ways to create charts Miro enables real-time collaboration providing a fast and glitch-free experience. The ability to see the mouse movements of other participants adds to the dynamic nature of the collaboration.
Cons
The user interface can be overwhelming particularly when attempting more advanced tasks. Navigating the platform may feel counter-intuitive initially. However considering the tool's power a steeper learning curve is expected.
