It would be beneficial if the program didn't cater solely to users with limited technical skills and offered more robust sketching features. As files grow larger the program can sometimes appear clunky slowing down or experiencing glitches. It's also easy to get lost in space.

The software is missing a functionality to add sub-pages under the same document.

For us Miro has been like a Swiss army knife serving multiple purposes exceptionally well. From building user flows to organizing tasks and creating digital workspaces for sprints Miro has it all. It's easy to work with highly customizable and with three free spaces we haven't felt the need to explore other options.

In all honesty we have been using Miro for over a year and have yet to encounter any negatives. As a growing company it will be interesting to see how it scales with us but we are aware that many companies with 500+ use it indicating its effectiveness.

Miro's pricing structure may not be the most affordable especially for large work teams. The free version only permits three boards per user and the paid version charges per user rather than per group. Additionally the free version lacks certain standout features like voting timers and board history.
