Miro has become an indispensable tool for my work. From writing project briefs to creating personas and user journey maps Miro supports every step of the process. It facilitates team interactions task management and overall project organization. I highly recommend it as a powerful tool.

Cons

Screen sharing on Skype or Zoom while using Miro can be slow and cause difficulties when zooming in or out.

Miro is my go-to software for collaborative work quick prototype drawings mind mapping brainstorming sessions and bringing all ideas together effortlessly. Its ability to facilitate workshops and group work while keeping all ideas and work in one place is particularly impressive.

Cons

It would be great to have a more convenient way to switch between boards rather than having to go back to the list and open a new one. A "beautifier" feature to resize elements uniformly would be helpful as not everyone is skilled at design or organization making it challenging to find things.

Miro offers a wide range of features follows a freemium model and provides a great selection of templates.

Cons

Miro lacks some compliance and security certifications required for certain compliance processes. Additionally the support team is not very responsive.

The ability to connect information and ideas on an endless board and share it with partners for collaborative work is invaluable. It's also a helpful personal tool for creating mind maps. With accessibility across PC and mobile devices Miro is a versatile tool that can be utilized anywhere.

Cons

The mobile version of Miro is slightly less comfortable to use compared to the PC version. There is room for improvement in this area.

Pros

Recently I started using Miro for product lifecycle management. It has proven to be an excellent tool for sharing ideas and collaborating with my extended team. The easy-to-use board along with its impressive capabilities like mind maps and storyboards fosters creativity and facilitates finding solutions.

Cons

There are no major issues but it would be helpful if boards had an option to fit the page/screen automatically eliminating the need for constant dragging especially when creating mind maps.

My first experience with Miro was in a design course this semester and it turned out to be even more enjoyable than I expected. The user-friendly features and the ability to share a creative virtual space made it a wonderful platform for collaboration.

Cons

When there are over 40 users in a virtual space using Miro can become chaotic. If an object is being used or edited by someone else you have to wait for them to deselect it before you can make edits yourself. This can cause issues if another user is not familiar with the technology.

Miro has been my personal discovery of the year. Its comfort and ease of use are truly unbelievable. It allowed me to create large flowcharts with a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Cons

There isn't anything specific that I dislike but I believe Miro has vast potential to expand its services and add more functions and tools.

Miro is easy to use especially when it comes to brainstorming ideas with a team where different ideas can be easily shared.

Using Miro through a web browser on a phone is not very user-friendly unless the app is downloaded.

Team designing is not available in trial mode which may not be fair when trying to test all the application's features to find the optimal software solution.
