Unfortunately premium usage prices are not available in every country and mouse-touchpad usage can sometimes be problematic. The page loading time can also be influenced by internet speed.

Cons

Miro offers an abundance of features which can be overwhelming at times. While basic navigation is straightforward some features are not as intuitive and rely heavily on icons rather than text. This can lead to confusion and require trial and error to understand their functionality. It would greatly enhance the user experience if Miro provided more advanced guided walk-throughs within the product to empower users to become super users.

My only complaint is the limited color options for sticky notes. It would be great to have more choices including different shapes.

The UI can be improved to make it more user-friendly especially for new users. A dashboard could provide a better understanding of the platform's features. Other than that everything is great.

Miro feels like a whiteboard from the future. It's a fun and efficient platform for creating projects plans and presentations. With pre-designed board templates getting started takes seconds and once you experience Miro you'll want to recommend it to others.

I use the free subscription and although I could wish for more options it wouldn't be fair. I know that upgrading my subscription would make my Miro experience 100% perfect.
