Make remote co-working much easier and fun

Pros

This app revolutionizes remote brainstorming enabling seamless idea organization and offering a comprehensive view of our progress on a single page. We can leave comments track work in real-time and collaborate effectively even when working at different times. Miro makes remote work a breeze.

Cons

It would be great if the timer feature were also available in the free version.

Good for Wireframing and ideation

Pros

Miro's ability to effortlessly add sticky notes with linked ideas is truly fantastic. Additionally the integrated wireframing feature eliminates the need for external downloads or plugins making it a convenient tool for visualizing the impact of interconnected concepts.

Cons

Initially working with the borderless boards in Miro was disconcerting as I am accustomed to working with pages that have borders. However I have adapted over time. My only concern is the ability to use Miro more efficiently offline without losing work when reconnecting to the internet.

User Workflow Creation and Collaboration Made Easy!

Pros

Miro is fantastic for creating visually appealing representations of workflows. The collaboration aspect makes remote teamwork easy allowing for feedback collection from multiple team members.

Cons

It would be nice to have a few more templates available. While there is a large library I found that I couldn't use any of them directly without modifications.

Great ideation tool

Pros

Miro proves incredibly useful for workshops and ideation. The recently added wireframe plugin includes all the necessary features.

Cons

The select tool feels a bit awkward as it sometimes fails to include all objects and moving them around does not feel smooth. Additionally the table tool lacks many functionalities. Improvement in these areas would be appreciated.

Brainstorming Ideas and Converting into Reality

Pros

The true value lies in Miro's online collaboration tools fostering a sense of inclusion where everyone's opinion contributes to building innovative products.

Cons

There is room for improvement in features that cater to consumers aged 60 and above who are engaged in innovation workshops and new product launches but may find it challenging to collaborate due to their unfamiliarity with the software.

Best sketch board platform I've used

Pros

Miro offers all the essential features for my work such as adding photos and exporting boards. The premium version includes powerful tools like video chat and voting. With Miro's excellence there's no need to search for alternative sketch board websites.

Cons

It is currently not possible to export images with a transparent background which I believe is a missing feature.

User Friendly professional high-notch and Best e-learning app!

Pros

As the head of my team Miro enables me to manage tasks communications and task tagging effectively. Their tools have been instrumental in developing our major project involving knowledge graphs and mind mapping for our consumers.

Cons

More templates and the ability to hold virtual meetings or calls within the app would enhance the user experience.

Thank you

Pros

Miro constantly surprises me with delightful moments like when I first dragged a URL onto a board and it created a beautiful thumbnail of the page I had just visited. It's brilliant!

Cons

There are no significant cons to mention just a desire for new features. Video calling integration and the ability to play videos within the board would be great additions. Collaborating on word/pages or the whole suite (Excel Slides etc.) would also be useful. Additionally the ability to copy and paste from one Miro board to another would be appreciated.

My Go to daily!

Pros

Miro makes outlining process maps and ideas incredibly easy and efficient.

Cons

There seems to be an issue with the ManyChat iFrame integration which doesn't function as expected. This could be a problem with ManyChat rather than Miro.

Miro -- first impressions

Pros

Miro's vast canvas knows no bounds granting users the freedom to unleash their imagination. I've created a visually captivating Miro Board that would have required over 100 MS-Word documents and PPT slides to display. Navigating it seamlessly allows me to showcase cross-linkages between different parts of the document.

Cons

Miro relies on Zoom for screen-sharing and lacks the versatility of Powerpoint in slide-creation features (boxes arrows colored-formatted text etc.). I suggest Miro conducts regular workshops where participants perform the same tasks on both PPT and Miro compare the experiences and incorporate any missing features from PPT into Miro. This approach can be seen as "design-thinking-by-doing"!

Miro review

Pros

I appreciate Miro's capability to handle large flows of data effectively managing my information.

Cons

Some aspects of the note tool are challenging to use. For example I would like the sticky note to have bullet lists or the ability to have multiple text levels in a box (title content with different levels).

Review

Pros

The expansive canvas of Miro eliminates the limitations of linear folders and emails. Being able to see everything at once fuels creativity.

Cons

It would be great to have a solo option since paying for at least 3+ users is beyond my budget.

All in one platform

Pros

Over an extended period I've utilized this software for sharing project insights coordinating work schedules managing projects with colleagues brainstorming and even conducting voice calls. It provides an all-in-one platform for seamless collaboration.

Cons

In terms of marketing it seems like Miro is falling behind as many people are still unaware of its existence. Additionally there are certain functions and options that require updates or fixes.

The best whiteboard there is - including physical ones!

Pros

Miro offers an effortless way to capture ideas and collaborate around them showcasing how technology can significantly improve our lives.

Cons

I have no complaints about Miro. It performs its job beautifully. If I had to provide any criticism it would be that there are almost too many things you can do such as video calls which can be achieved with Google Meet.
