While there may be some delays in the iPad version of Miro I assure you that Miro is the best option for iPad surpassing other apps like "Note" and "Good Note." My friends were unaware of how much better Miro could be.

I stumbled upon Miro a year and a half ago while searching for a mind mapping tool for my concept app. Since then I haven't felt the need to use any other app. Miro is exceptional!

Cons

Creating low-fidelity app concepts can be challenging due to the limited number of icons and resources. It would be great to have an update with more options.

In the past I struggled with creating complex psychological formulas for marketing purposes and integrating them with other structures in Microsoft Whiteboard. It was a chaotic experience and my approach was often misunderstood resulting in shallow execution. However since adopting Miro my ideas have gained unanimous support and understanding across the team.

Pros

When I first used Miro for a remote design sprint I was initially overwhelmed by the cursors moving around the screen. However I quickly realized that the software is incredibly simple to use. Onboarding others into the sessions is also effortless due to the user-friendly tasks.

Cons

This issue is more related to my workflow but I often find it frustrating to have to return to the menu each time I want to draw a new line. Copy and paste functionality could have helped in such situations.

Miro allows me to create mind maps easily and facilitates brainstorming. The well-organized tools are readily accessible and the templates are particularly helpful for decision-making. Overall it is an excellent software solution.

Cons

The limitation of only having three boards in the free version can be restrictive especially when sharing boards with a team. It becomes problematic when there are more than three editors and I lose the ability to edit. Managing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The Jira <> Miro integration doesn't handle subtasks well yet which prevents me from using Miro for Scrum sprint planning. Apart from that everything else is amazing.

The usability of Miro for larger teams can sometimes be awkward particularly in notebooks when it comes to moving selecting and other actions. Finding the appropriate template for specific tasks can also be challenging due to the extensive options available.

Being creative individuals we often rely on a wide range of tools to express our ideas effectively. It would be fantastic to have additional features in Miro that cater specifically to our needs such as 3D capabilities and tools related to interior design industrial design and architecture. These additions would enable us to bring our visions to life and unleash our creativity. In fact incorporating complex shapes embedding VR and AR documents and integrating maps could further enhance the creative process. While Miro itself is an exceptional platform exploring potential connections with other complementary apps could also be advantageous.

The Zoom app can be cumbersome for non-Miro users to get on board with since they are required to register for a Miro account.
