“Draw everything at work with Miro!
Pros
The user interface is absolutely stunning enabling the creation of visually appealing architecture diagrams and agile boards that foster seamless collaboration among the entire team.
Cons
Apart from the price being a bit steep I opt for the free version.

“Enough about project management Miro is awesome for teaching !!
Pros
The "upload" feature which allows me to save files has proven to be the most useful tool ever. I often work with Inkscape to create PNG drawings for my classes and with Miro I can easily upload and reuse them in different classes like having my own library of drawings. It's truly brilliant.
Cons
The pricing is a concern. A simplified version specifically for teachers with essential tools and saved files (without Canvas and fancy integrations) would be greatly appreciated. Let us work our magic with Miro on a teacher's budget.

“Game change
Pros
One of the standout features of this software is that my clients have free access to all the classes I've ever taught enabling them to interact and ask questions at any time. The templates I've created using the customized dashboard have completely transformed my teaching style. I can incorporate a variety of tools like Kanban boards mind maps and more making my classes more engaging and exciting.
Cons
The inability to add MP3 files to my boards is what I like the least about Miro. Having this feature would make my classes even more engaging.

“A great place to kick start projects
Pros
The library and collaboration tools in Miro are fantastic and I take great pride in choosing this tool to manage my projects.
Cons
There's a persistent window in the right corner of the workspace that I can't escape or close and it keeps zooming around. It would be great to have the option to escape it when needed.

“Review
Pros
Miro is easy to use intuitive and promotes constant collaboration among team members. It's also great for presenting to clients in a more informal and engaging manner.
Cons
It would be helpful to have a polyline builder a line tool that doesn't require being connected to a text box or object. Additionally the ability to link videos and an easier way to export multiple boards as JPEG files would be fantastic.

“Miro for Product Management
Pros
Miro is an exceptionally powerful tool yet it remains incredibly intuitive. The combination of freedom and creativity it offers creates ample space for ideas to flourish and be organized effectively.
Cons
Miro should be more embedded in companies than it currently is. Often lower-quality products are used because enterprise companies already have established solutions. I believe Miro should be widely available and pitched to everyone.

“Great online collaboration tool
Pros
It's a highly reliable collaborative tool that provides an intuitive user experience even for those who are not digitally savvy. Most importantly it makes otherwise tedious meetings more enjoyable.
Cons
As an admin managing my team is challenging. It's difficult to control the type of membership individuals have in my organization. There are paid members free members trial members free non-team users and various other categories. Finding a proper approach for people to join as free members is a bit elusive. Additionally it's a bit annoying that opening a board defaults to the 'hand' tool while there are other navigational tools available. It would be better if the normal cursor was the default option.

“It's too much expensive
Pros
The concept of having a canvas where you can freely work and see the entire project at a glance is something I genuinely appreciate. The abundance of great templates is also helpful particularly when I'm unsure how to proceed. Additionally the simultaneous collaboration feature works seamlessly allowing everyone to work together effortlessly.
Cons
The pricing is too high. Due to this I've explored other software options that try to replicate Miro's functionality but fall short. Although we appreciate Miro as a studio and want to continue using it for business purposes we have been searching for alternative options. Apart from the price the interface is not as smooth as expected for a work environment. Accidentally moving multiple objects and the subsequent time required to correct those mistakes can be frustrating. It would be helpful to have the ability to lock everything to avoid such issues.

“The best digital collaboration tool of the pandemic era
Pros
The enormous canvas and intuitive tools in Miro are incredibly valuable for generating ideas on the spot. Miro supports various media types and offers smart commands and shortcuts that simplify the management of large amounts of information and media on a board. If you're already familiar with tools like Figma or Sketch the learning curve feels natural. Sharing work and collaborating with others is also a breeze.
Cons
On the enterprise plan it could be easier to manage private boards separately from public boards. Additionally simplifying the process of moving boards between teams would be beneficial.

“Essential for my work
Pros
I absolutely adore the versatility of the board in Miro as it allows me to do almost everything. The vast array of elements available for use is really cool. Moreover the ability to work together with others and follow their screens is a standout feature.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the file visualization. Sometimes I forget to unclick the select icon and I end up moving objects unintentionally when I'm trying to scroll. I haven't found a solution to this issue yet. I tried using the mouse wheel click to scroll but it ended up copying something instead.

“Game changer!
Pros
Teamwork is far too simple to handle now that I utilize Miro. It revolutionized how we shared ideas. Miro is a wonderful virtual workspace. I also like that video conferencing is an excellent tool for cooperation. Overall, the system is highly comprehensive and has a lot of promise.

“Best collaboration tool
Pros
Miro emerges as the go-to tool for team discussions, offering robust support for various graphical representations like graphs and flowcharts. Its timer feature adds efficiency, complementing its rich assortment of templates and seamless export capabilities, making it indispensable for collaborative endeavors.
Cons
Occasionally, when tagging components on the dashboard, the naming feature delays. We find ourselves clicking multiple times to access it. Moreover, the diagram offers a limited choice of shapes, lacking standardized UML shapes.

“Best tool for 100% remote teams for collaboration
Pros
Miro stands out as a comprehensive collaboration tool, boasting extensive integrations and versatile functions. It plays a vital role in our operations, facilitating presentations, task tracking, project visualization, and team communication. Its user-friendly interface ensures smooth onboarding for newcomers, garnering universal appreciation within the team.
Cons
Earlier this year, I faced some screen sharing glitches, but they seem resolved now. The cost for additional team members is a bit high; some adjustment would be helpful. Nevertheless, compared to other tools, the pricing sits reasonably mid-range for me. I haven't had to contact Support, so I can't provide feedback on that aspect.

“Best apps for discussing idea together
Pros
Miro's digital whiteboard feature prevents distractions and helps maintain focus during online discussions, aiding clear idea expression through visual aids.
Cons
Offering a standalone desktop version of Miro would enhance its accessibility. Currently, Miro can only be accessed via a web browser, and using it through Chrome consumes considerable computer resources, slowing down other software.
