“Give it a try!
Pros
Miro facilitates project visualization, goal setting, and team collaboration, akin to Google Docs, with an added comment feature for seamless communication and a user-friendly interface for crafting visually appealing content.
Cons
I wouldn't recommend it to graphic design novices, but if you're comfortable with Canva, you'll find Miro manageable. It's not ideal for laptop use; a mouse is necessary for comfortable navigation. Acclimatization may take time for those unfamiliar with such software, and loading speed can be sluggish - optimizing space usage and removing unnecessary graphics or information is advisable.

“Simply the best whiteboard software available
Pros
Miro's extensive template diversity streamlines diagram creation, surpassing traditional whiteboards for team collaboration. Its dynamic features support varied tasks, from mind mapping to wireframing, coupled with effortless sharing and robust permission controls.
Cons
No significant issues. Previously, I encountered a few hiccups, and the Miro team's response time was somewhat delayed - having a live customer service option would be beneficial. However, they consistently introduce new features and enhance the platform. Haven't experienced any recent issues for quite some time.

“The Best Collaboration Tool for Small to Midsize Businesses
Pros
Our introduction to Miro came through a client, propelling us through a project spanning multiple global locations. Miro's user-friendly interface, file import functionalities, and extensive template library proved invaluable for seamless collaboration. Despite limitations in the free version, it served as a cornerstone in successfully concluding the project.
Cons
One downside, in my opinion, is its complexity for new users. Mastering the application requires learning and practice. Adjusting text size and other graphic elements can prove challenging for the uninitiated. Additionally, while I don't see it as negative, some might find Miro's capability to create vast boards overwhelming. Efficient navigation hinges on effective zooming in and out.

“Very awesome tool to have
Pros
Miro serves as an invaluable resource for managing a spectrum of meetings, from strategic planning to whiteboard brainstorming sessions.
Cons
Miro isn't suited for process mapping storage; its primary focus lies in design. After completion, transferring to platforms like Microsoft Visio or ARIS for storage may be necessary.

“All in one tool for collaboration, ideation and planning
Pros
The Collaboration feature in Miro has significantly aided me in conducting Retrospective sessions effortlessly. It also acts as a valuable knowledge repository for product, design, and marketing teams, facilitating ideation and planning processes.
Cons
I find the cost per additional participant in collaborative sessions a bit steep, especially as it's an extra charge on top of the subscription fee. A more startup-friendly pricing plan would be appreciated.

“MIRO facilitates fun and engaging learnings with its online collaborative whiteboard
Pros
I've developed a deep appreciation for Miro since my first use. My students and I utilize various relevant templates for subjects like SWOT and Kanban. The real-time collaboration and resource-rich boards enhance our learning experience and motivation. Additionally, Miro offers excellent support and professional development opportunities.
Cons
Most of the features I need for teaching purposes are available, although a few are on my wishlist, such as the ability to zoom objects when hovering the mouse. Nonetheless, I'm confident in using Miro with my students, and so far, I haven't encountered any issues.

“Miro - The Advanced Whiteboard Workshop and Ideation Tool for Your Team
Pros
Amidst the pandemic, Miro has emerged as a timely solution for remote meetings and workshops. Its paid version offers a plethora of features, catering to various collaborative needs from ideation to root cause analysis.
Cons
Sometimes, when sharing the public link, people are assigned random names, which can be confusing. However, I understand this is related to the licensing model, so it's better than nothing.

Pros
Having used other similar tools, I find Miro to be the best in terms of intuitiveness and ease of use, qualities that I previously took for granted.
