The right Task Manager for my business

Pros

One of the main advantages for me is being able to manage my work team and assign tasks and tickets to each user, then verify their activities.

Cons

I don't yet have the ability to sync tasks with iCalendar.

Good task management software

Pros

Mokapen is easy to use, with a pleasant and immediate appearance. It allows me to manage activities and customers in teams. The customer support is great and always quick to respond.

Cons

I use the free version and for my current needs, it's fine, even if it's not very customizable and sometimes it takes more clicks than necessary to get to the screen I want. It would be helpful to be able to customize the home screen.

This tool is very useful in my day-to-day management of activities, both for the work team and organization I manage as an administrator, and for the customers and organizations I collaborate with. It also has CRM characteristics, allowing me to analyze statistics on the progress of various projects and activities with the organizations and customers I advise. The user-friendly and intuitive interface is also convenient for managing potential customers.

Cons

If I really have to emphasize some aspect to improve, it could be related to the functions of strategic CRMs, specifically analyzing the business performance (sales side) of each specific customer that I manage or collaborate with.

The ideal CRM for the Italian market

Pros

I might say "it's the ideal CRM for small businesses," but that statement would be too simple. The feeling I get is that Mokapen is ideal because of its immediacy and ease of use. It's so intuitive that it seems "simple," yet it contains all the features that Italian SMEs really need.

Cons

Coming from other platforms, maybe I'd tweak the UX somewhat, but it's a personal feeling, having already had a previous background.
