Very good software made in italy

Pros

I needed an affordable CRM solution, and this one fits the bill perfectly, it's got all the essentials and it's lightning-fast.

Cons

Nothing is missing in particular, but it does not have any complex integration either compared to some big platforms.

A good product even in the free version.

Pros

Even with just the free version, I, as a single user (whether a small business owner or freelancer), can access all the basic features and even a few extras that other platforms charge for. It's so intuitive, requiring no special computer skills. Plus, it's flexible: I have plenty of freedom to define projects, tasks, and labels (tags) to suit my work needs.

Cons

The storage space (100MB) for the free version is really the "union minimum," and perhaps a little effort in this regard could entice more users to buy the paid version.

The Kanban view of tasks is absolutely fantastic, the entire sales team relies on it, thanks to its precise visualizations. Having a comprehensive overview of our commercial landscape at a glance is invaluable. Simply put, it's the best.

It's a lead generation powerhouse. Even though the Tier 3 AppSumo offer includes SMTP (which is no longer active), it's still worth subscribing to.

Cons

The support is top-notch in terms of both friendliness and speed. I particularly appreciate the Kanban view and pipeline management features.

Cons

It is still immature in many aspects: managing interactions, rather than managing activities. Maybe it's because I don't know the full potential yet, but managing as a project manager is not easy. I would add that it is not yet possible to customize the screens with data that may be useful for our specific industry.

While it's marketed as a CRM, it offers functionalities that extend far beyond typical CRM capabilities, it could easily be described as a CRM combined with a comprehensive productivity suite. The customer service is exceptional, as is the Mokapen customer marketplace.

Cons

Like all software under development, there is an integration plan that will fill some small gaps that are currently present but that do not represent an obstacle to its adoption.

With Mokapen, I can manage tasks, contacts, tickets, and sales all in one place,a huge plus for me. What's more, unlike its competitors, Mokapen is proudly 100% European. The free plan available for every tier is a fantastic feature for those looking to explore and test out all its capabilities.

Cons

There are still some integrations that I think are fundamental, but they are on the roadmap, so it's a minimal inconvenience.
