I like the presence of a totally free version, which, although limited, is complete. The possible purchase of additional features at reduced costs is a bonus. Being totally in the cloud, it requires no infrastructural effort, and it's customizable and available in Italian with a simple learning curve.

I perceive the software as easy to use, and I appreciate that it's available in Italian. Many similar software options are only in English.
