I think it is a very robust tool that has the most important features I'd like to have in a CRM tool. I can easily add, edit, and segment contacts. The project planning capabilities are also very nice. Mokapen has great customer service that is always there to answer my questions. They really listen to my needs and use this input to directly improve their tool. I love the fact that they have a public roadmap so I can see what developments are yet to come. The tool is also very reasonably priced. I would recommend it if you are starting out with CRM.
Cons
I like the fact that I can use the tool as a ticketing service. However, I think it only works with registered users who count towards the total user count for the account. For a ticketing system, I'm not sure I want customers to have to create an account. I'm sure the tool works fine for agencies looking to follow up on projects. It just wasn't a fit for my business. Mokapen support is great! I can send them a message on the website, and they almost always reply instantly. They could further improve the tool by creating more support articles on how to use it.
