Getting started is very simple since you only need an email address to access it. It's really convenient for adding tasks and assigning them to someone so that person can immediately see the new activity and the delivery date. The whole team can track progress and collaborate to untangle any critical issue that comes up. On top of that everyone stays aware of the goal we need to reach and the actions required to achieve it.

Cons

The price is the downside. The platform is excellent but for small businesses it can be expensive.

It is very easy to use and bringing new users onto the platform doesn't take much effort. Although it is not really a natural fit for agile workflows or software development.
