“Gets confusing fast”

The email integration works really well and fits in nicely with the way I communicate.

It's very easy to overcomplicate things in the app and before long it can feel confusing and hard to navigate.

Monday.com has been an incredible tool for our team especially with the features that make collaboration and project work much more organized. Having every project in one place, assigning an owner to each task and being able to track progress clearly has made a big difference for us.

Cons

One thing that could be better is task follow-up. Sometimes tasks get posted and then forgotten so it would help to have a feature that reminds people to either mark a task as completed or remove it if it's no longer needed.

Pros

From handling day to day business operations to organizing tasks, this platform covers almost everything in one place. It lets you manage work, schedule and publish social media posts, track applications, handle data, support remote collaboration and much more. For overall business management, it feels like one of the most complete tools available.

Cons

The biggest downside is the price since it feels very expensive. On top of that pages reload quite slowly which can be frustrating. The template selection is also fairly limited and there is not much room for customization.

As a remote freelancer this platform is very user friendly and really helps me get my work done efficiently.

Cons

One thing missing is an undo button, haha! Still, when it comes to getting work done, it does the job just fine.

Workflow management on this platform has been excellent. I first heard about it from a friend and since then it has lived up to my expectations and even gone beyond them.

Cons

I did run into a minor accessibility issue on the user side and when I reached out to support, the response took longer than it should have.

The tool is very easy to use. I am testing the free trial with one other employee and it's been pretty simple to set up. The visual tools are especially helpful for managing team tasks and since we rely a lot on visual organization here thats been a huge plus.

Cons

The biggest concern is the cost once the trial ends. It feels a bit pricey and I am not sure it will fit within our limited budget or be worth the expense.

To me the interface felt clear and very user friendly so it was always easy to understand what I needed to do next. It has been a really valuable tool for both project management and team management. I have been using it for the past two years and I would definitely recommend trying it at least once for managing projects.

Cons

One area that disappointed me was the weak customer support. I needed help once and didn't get any response from the team at first. It took sending a lot of emails before I finally received an answer.

Working on projects in monday.com, I keep being impressed by how many features and automations it offers. I use a lot of them regularly and they consistently work really well for what I need.

Cons

In my particular case I just wish some of the automations offered more combination options.

Keeping up with daily tasks has been much better with this tool and the platform is easy to use. I can build and manage a customer database without much hassle which makes it easier to track everything effectively. Connecting SharePoint and Gmail within spreadsheets has also helped organize the whole business process. Overall it is a budget-friendly, customizable and efficient CRM tool.

Cons

The pricing structure is a bit complicated. The interface also feels limited in terms of features and the number of users and app integrations could be expanded.

Even though we don't rely on this app all the time, it does its job really well whenever we use it. Everyone stays connected and can see event schedules, updates and related information without any trouble.

Cons

Since we haven't used it heavily, it's hard to point to any real downsides. From our side, it has worked well and we haven't run into any issues worth mentioning.

Using this software for our projects has helped us clearly calculate task distribution and monitor employee performance. We're happy with how it works Overall and everything has been running without issues.

Overall we haven't run into any problems and have been very satisfied. The price we paid also felt quite reasonable.

It works well for managing multiple projects with lots of related tasks. You can add comments, keep the full history for each one and follow how the project progresses over time.

Cons

Keeping track of tasks can be really difficult because users can reply to older comments instead of the latest one. That makes it hard to tell which comment or status update is the most recent.

Across our department, we rely on monday.com's classic Work OS to handle collaborative workflows for both Editorial and Creative projects and we also use its boards to keep onboarding tasks organized for new hires. The customizable statuses, automation recipes, integrations and drag-and-drop setup for items and boards are all features we really appreciate. I am also a fan of the platform's upbeat visual style.

Cons

One frustration has been the limitations of the Pro Plan especially around viewer permissions. It would be much more helpful if freelancer-specific tailored permissions were included at the Pro level since moving up to Enterprise, along with the added user licenses for the Product modules, currently makes it Enterprise more expensive per user than a major competitor like Asana's Enterprise plan which is a pretty significant drawback in my view.

Monday.com works well across project management, CRM, HR, sales and marketing task flows and the project scheduling features are very user friendly.

Cons

While setting up project processes, it includes nearly all the collaboration tools I need but there's no built-in video calling option when I am working and it tends to consume a lot of internet data.

Using it for social media scheduling and promotion has been very easy. The platform is simple to navigate and makes managing those tasks much more convenient.

There wasn't really anything about it that I disliked.
