“Clean design simplified project workflow”
Pros
The interface has a clean, modern look and the functionality is very easy to use. It comes with strong features and I also like that new ones are being added regularly.
Cons
Handling attachments can get a little hard especially when several people are editing at the same time. It's also not the best option if you need a dedicated document-sharing tool.

“Simple setup had teams running”
Pros
I find it pretty easy to use and the benefits show up quickly. Both admins and everyday users can use it without needing any technical background.
Cons
It's an amazing collaboration tool overall but communication inside the platform feels a little awkward at times.

“Setup handled all tasks quickly”
Pros
It was easy to set up a board up and run it and adding rows and columns of information is simple. I also like that the data can be viewed in several different ways. It's flexible enough to work for almost any business or process and the learning curve is low which makes it especially appealing for teams with a wide range of skill levels.
Cons
I am currently using the free 14-day trial but the Pro version feels fairly expensive compared with similar tools I have used. The monthly pricing also increases as more users are added so that could end up being a deciding factor when it comes to signing up.

“Project tracking was well-designed overall”
Pros
The platform comes across as thoughtfully built. The UI is excellent and the feature set is especially strong for project task management, tracking and reporting. It really feels like the team behind it did their homework and used input from project management professionals when putting the platform together. The visual customization especially the color coding, makes a big difference too and helps it stand out compared to some of the more complex, industrial style platforms that usually take longer to learn.
Cons
One thing I did notice was that the system could feel a bit slow or laggy at times. I understand that can happen with cloud based platforms but it still shouldn't be noticeable as often as it was here. I also wasn't part of the pricing conversations, though based on the feedback I heard, it was a little more expensive than the legacy tool we had been using.

“Fresh design appeared across departments”
Pros
Monday.com is modern and user friendly as a project management tool and it offers plenty of customization options. The timeline view is especially useful because it lets us map out our work in Gantt chart format and keep projects visually organized.
Cons
There are quite a few features so it can take a while to learn how everything works. Some of the more advanced tools, along with the metrics and graphs, also require a fair amount of setup before they're ready to use.

“Friendly dashboards organized work nicely”
Pros
Using it as an end user has been really easy and the dashboard and overall interface are excellent. The customization options fit our specific project perfectly which made everything look user friendly with almost no learning curve at all.
Cons
I honestly don't have any real complaints about this software. It pretty much handles everything you'd expect it to do without causing any difficulty.

“Sprint tracking stayed nicely flexible”
Pros
Managing projects with Monday.com has been really helpful. It keeps to dos and milestones organized, makes it simple to break work into separate sprints and offers plenty of customization options to fit different workflows.
Cons
One frustration is that it can take a lot of clicking to find all the notes and documents attached to a specific task. It is still easy to use overall but it can feel a bit complicated at times but honestly that seems pretty common with most project management tools.

“Project tracking views stayed flexible”
Pros
Monday.com gives us a collaborative workspace for project management and that makes it much simpler to keep track of project progress. It also offers different task views like card, calendar and list which really helps address common pain points when managing projects.
Cons
The downside is that the usage period is limited so after that it becomes necessary to pay to keep using it.

“Clean workflow powered daily efficiency”
Pros
Being able to check a project's status and owner at a once without opening it is incredibly useful. Setting up new projects is also not a hassle and assigning tasks, adding checklists, posting updates and managing everything else is all built in. It really covers the full range of needs when you're coordinating multiple people with different responsibilities, while keeping it all organized in one clean workflow. The learning curve is also pretty minimal.
Cons
Its interface can feel a bit visually busy because there's so much happening on the screen especially compared with something like Trello. That said it's also the reason you can view so much information at once so it's a tradeoff that mostly takes some adjustment. I do wish the platform offered a dark mode since all the colors combined with the bright white background can be a little overwhelming.

“UI looked lovely everywhere used”
Pros
The interface looks really amazing and the status tags can be renamed to fit whatever works best for the business. That's especially useful for a bilingual setup like mine. Notification emails are sent out almost in real time and the integrations are excellent.
Cons
It can be a little glitchy at times and the cost may add up for bigger teams.

“Terrible support blocked progress entirely”
Pros
Customer support was very poor. They didn't seem to understand their own product failed to follow through on our requests and eventually turned things around by blaming us for being backlogged.
Cons
The customer service was so bad that we never even had the chance to properly test the software.

“feature packed across every department used”
Pros
The interface is quite professional and the platform comes with plenty of integrations and a long list of features. It's also fairly simple to navigate and pick up so getting comfortable with it didn't take long for me or for the employees I trained.
Cons
Pricing is a little high especially for a larger team or one that's still growing but it does feel like you're getting great value for the cost.

“Automation saved hours across tasks”
Pros
One thing this software really gets right is its two standout features which is integrations and automation. It also integrates well with tools we already use, like Trello, Jira, Gmail and HubSpot which makes it much more practical in a real workflow. The automation options are also very useful for handling project events such as due dates, task status changes and similar updates without needing constant manual work. The interface uses simple colors which helps make the process easier to adapt to and importing data from other applications is another big plus. If you move to a higher plan, you also get added features like Zoom integration and mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Cons
Compared with some other applications, project management feels a little harder to handle here. Another thing they should rethink is the pricing model because charging by grouped user ranges like 5-10 or 10-15 users is not as flexible as pricing based on individual users.

“Task planning stayed nicely flexible”
Pros
The thing I really enjoy is how many different types of tasks you can set up. Also it makes it simple to build out a project calendar for the coming weeks or even months which is really helpful for planning ahead.
Cons
It does feel like a few of the more advanced features you get in tools like Wrike are still missing. That can be limiting when you're working on product innovation or similar kinds of projects.

Pros
We've recently started using the app to keep track of everything we are working on and it already feels like a very complete platform. It's been really helpful for bringing all of our communication into one place and keeping our activities organized.
Cons

Pros
It really shines when it comes to customizing project tracking tools. It handles triggered events like creating new tasks or reassignments and the templates help a lot too. Everything is presented in a clean, visual way which makes managing projects much more user friendly.
