The layout and user-friendly interface of monday.com provide a solid foundation for collaboration across various business units within our organization. Its an excellent tool for monitoring everyones progress on the team and it integrates seamlessly with other platforms.

Cons

Adding new members is something I dislike. I wish the process could be made simpler. It can be challenging to track email communications on Monday. Getting familiar with coordinating various boards and stakeholders takes some time.
