Its user-friendly interface and real-time project updates presented in easy-to-understand visual charts keep me informed about project progress. The collaboration options notifications and commenting features help in understanding client expectations and refining our work accordingly.

Monday.com stands out to me among project management apps due to its app layout. I appreciate the various view options like table gantt kanban chart and card each opening in separate tabs alongside the main table tab. This feature greatly aids in organizing tasks and planning workflow.

Cons

As a solo user I find it unfriendly. There is a free individual plan but unlocking meaningful features requires purchasing the standard plan for 21 covering up to 3 seats. Despite the advertised 7 per seat I am obliged to pay for 3 seats monthly (21). Theres no option for just 1 seat making Monday.com unaffordable for me as a solo freelancer. Its a shame because I really enjoy using the app and would have chosen it if a single-seat option were available.
