Some users have mentioned performance issues, including occasional glitches and slow loading times which can hurt productivity. A few advanced project management capabilities may also be missing or require additional third-party tools, such as deeper time tracking and more complete resource management.

Managing projects with it has been really convenient. I can set up separate boards for each contract, keep all my projects visible on one screen and stay on top of everything happening across them. Assigning tasks to team members is also easy and I can upload files directly from Dropbox with live updates whenever something changes. The platform is simple to use and genuinely helps improve project tracking. Because everything is updated along the way, I can even go back a year later, review a project and clearly see everything that happened during that time.

Cons

One area that could definitely be better is automatic task assignment for projects since that would improve the workflow quite a bit. The app also tends to get slow about once a week which is frustrating because it interrupts the flow of work.

Having project templates ready to go and a dedicated thread for each project made a big difference. It gave me and the rest of my team one place to share updates which helped prevent information from getting buried or lost in email chains. The dashboard was also really useful and being able to set priority levels for each project, share files and use the different organizational tools made it much easier to stay on top of everything.

Cons

The biggest downside was the cost since it felt a bit expensive. I also wasn't completely sure that everyone on my team found it easy to use. Every now and then I would miss notifications for project updates or have trouble locating those updates. Even so that happened far less often than with the endless nested email threads we used before and I suspect some of it could have been improved by adjusting the setup better within the platform.

Creating tasks in it has been really enjoyable. The interface is very user friendly and I especially like being able to set up different dropdown options. Using subgroups makes it simple to organize and consolidate tasks and the notifications are very helpful whenever a task gets assigned to us or there are updates along the way.

Cons

One part that seems a bit tedious is the date range selection. I wish there were a way to type the dates in manually instead of relying only on the calendar especially since it takes several clicks to go back when selecting older dates.
