The interface of monday.com is exceptional with a modern design and straightforward navigation complemented by robust reporting capabilities.

When planning projects each task could only be scheduled for a day not hourly. This doesnt work for a manufacturing facility where multiple tasks are completed in a day. Task completion dates and resource planning became inaccurate and overstretched as a result. Resource clashes were only flagged up by the system but project finish dates were not impacted. The software allowed planning despite evident resource capacity issues. It didnt provide an impact on completion dates it only flagged the clashes.

Monday's interface is aesthetically pleasing and the color coding greatly aids in task tracking. Once you grasp its functionality creating and assigning tasks becomes a breeze providing instant project control. Additionally the communication tool facilitates tracking of individual changes and updates along with organized file sharing.

Cons

At times I wish there were more customization options for events. Additionally the volume of messages can sometimes make it difficult to locate specific ones or files.
