It is great that Monday is so focused on team collaborations that even if we lacked the motivation, we are right back on track. The software is designed in a way such that one department can complete a task that can aid the other one, and vice versa. All the workflows are transparent, which enables the team members to have a quick look at what they’re supposed to do and even help out a fellow team member with their task. There are so many helpful features like widgets that can be added to the website, which makes the UI even more attractive.

Cons

Due to a lack of staff during the COVID pandemic, the telephone support was suspended and only the chat support was available.

Pros

I have used various task management software such as Airtable and NetSuite, but the simplicity of Monday.com drew me in and convinced me to stick with it for a while longer. I appreciate how it allows me to select the way I want the layout to be, which includes view types for individual files and lists in subcategories. Starting your work from scratch is also made easy with loads of pre-built templates, which are good enough to at least get you started but can also be customized if you do not fancy them. I havent thought about moving away from Monday until now, and I do not plan to for a very long time.

Cons

It feels weird to complain about the interface since its very straightforward, but I personally still find it unintuitive. There should be a smooth flow to software that requires you to move between panes to complete a single task, and it shouldnt leave you scratching your head about where to go next.

At times it can be difficult to organize projects and see the progress others are making on the project youre collaborating on.

In terms of pricing it might be expensive for solo users. However there are free plans available with certain limitations. Regarding technical aspects there can be occasional delays or glitches especially noticeable when using certain features like colorizing text. The platform offers extensive customization options for workflow organization and its automation feature is particularly noteworthy effectively streamlining daily tasks. Despite occasional misfires Monday.com remains reasonably user-friendly allowing for personalized modules visuals and workflows. Additionally customer support is available to assist with any issues.

Cons

I find the cost somewhat high for individual clients although they do offer free plans with limitations. Technically charges are applied promptly which might confuse first-time users due to its extensive functionality. Occasionally certain features such as text colorization tend to misfire leading to conflicts with users.

Theres nothing challenging to improve for me. Everything is highly useful simple and visually appealing. Its my favorite CRM so far.

Personally I dont have any grievances although pricing could pose a challenge particularly for startups. However the one-month free trial option was helpful.

I appreciated the diverse features offered by Monday.com particularly for tracking bids. Its similar to Excel but with additional features like gifs and improved mobile access.

I had no issues with it and I feel its an underappreciated program. However considering its price point and the similar features it shares with Excel it may not be worth the cost for some companies already using Excel.

The software offers nearly every feature imaginable with a wide range of customizable options. There are open contests to introduce new products so theres no competition. Its an established defacto standard.

We recently switched from Monday to another task management system that integrates better with our client management system. While Monday was good for internal projects it didnt meet our needs for client-specific tasks.
