While the reporting functionality is decent, the limited export options are not ideal for our needs. We would prefer to export reports in CSV or PDF format, but currently, we can only export certain reports to JPEGs. Due to this limitation, we still rely on PowerBI for exporting and handling reports.

The AI assistant is also a great addition and helps us stay on top of our tasks. There were many moments when I had no idea what to do and Carmen helped me out.

The software doesnt have a free trial, which is a bit of a bummer. Also, the software requires some time to get used to, as it’s quite complex. For larger companies with multiple projects and stakeholders, the price might be a bit high.

The software doesnt support foreign languages yet, which is a major disadvantage for our international stakeholders. There have been countless times when I wanted to send out a task order in another language and had to resort to manual translation which was a time taking process.

This hindered the seamless integration of the tool into my daily processes.

We also needed improved information regarding the status of our project activities in order to identify resource problems earlier. This is accomplished by Moovila using its Carmen AI functionality, calendar integration, capacity analysis, and resource tracking.

I cant say I dislike anything. The only challenge Ive encountered is typical of each time you need to combine two tools into one. The way we combine project management and professional services automation in one package is something were continually reevaluating and enhancing.

Moovila has all the features you’d need to create custom project plans. I like the ability to make edits to an ongoing project, which saves time and keeps the project on schedule (if not ahead). It has excellent reporting and offers much better communication features as compared to the competition.

Currently, there’s only an option to share a jpeg of the report when I try to export. I would really like an option to create a PDF, which is one of the most popular and compatible file formats everyone uses.
