I was in search of a platform that could securely store and manage all my documents in one place while also aiding me in team management task automation team communication facilitation and offering a broad range of integrations.

Effective Project Management with a Stunning GUI

Pros

The platforms graphical user interface (GUI) is visually appealing and well-designed, providing us with an efficient way to manage our project team. It seems to be tailored to meet the needs of project managers, offering a delightful user experience.

Cons

While the reporting functionality is decent, the limited export options are not ideal for our needs. We would prefer to export reports in CSV or PDF format, but currently, we can only export certain reports to JPEGs. Due to this limitation, we still rely on PowerBI for exporting and handling reports.

Moovila has been a real game-changer for me.

Pros

The automated risk management feature has been incredibly helpful, as it helps us keep our projects on track. We’ve also been using the project debugger, which helps us identify any issues and address them quickly. Moovila also offers a lot of integrations with third-party software, which makes it even more versatile.

Cons

Moovila is an incredibly powerful tool, but for smaller teams or organizations, the price can be quite steep. Also, I wish there was a way to use the software for simple task management, as it can be quite overwhelming getting to grip with the features.

A great tool for managing projects from any device.

Moovila is incredibly user-friendly and comes with an easily navigable UI. We’ve been able to access projects on the go and monitor progress in real-time, which has been an immense help. The AI assistant is also a great addition and helps us stay on top of our tasks. There were many moments when I had no idea what to do and Carmen helped me out.

Cons

The software doesnt have a free trial, which is a bit of a bummer. Also, the software requires some time to get used to, as it’s quite complex. For larger companies with multiple projects and stakeholders, the price might be a bit high.

Moovila has enabled our developers to keep track of tasks in real-time with the help of powerful AI-driven analytics, giving us insights into potential risks and bottlenecks. The automated project management feature has also proven to be a great asset, as it can help us with strategic planning and budgeting.

The software is very feature-rich and offers a lot of options for customizing tasks and workflows, but it can be a bit overwhelming for beginners. Also, the cost is somewhat higher compared to similar software on the market.

My time with Moovila has been a great experience. The interface is easy to use and intuitive, especially for tasks that can be complex. For example, Im a huge fan of the automated Risk Management feature, as it takes away a lot of manual work from our end.

Cons

The software doesnt support foreign languages yet, which is a major disadvantage for our international stakeholders. There have been countless times when I wanted to send out a task order in another language and had to resort to manual translation which was a time taking process.

Moovilas software impressed me with its intuitive user interface, making navigation easy and enabling quick access to the desired features. The visually pleasing design further enhanced the overall user experience. Another positive aspect was the softwares flexibility, as it offered a wide range of customizable features, suitable for both personal and professional projects.

On the downside, I found Moovilas user interface somewhat outdated and clunky compared to other project management tools Ive used in the past. The layout and design felt cluttered and overwhelming, making it challenging to locate information effectively. Additionally, I would have appreciated more customization options, as the software didnt fully align with my specific needs and workflows. This hindered the seamless integration of the tool into my daily processes.

A great project management software

Pros

We needed a solution that would primarily aid our consultants in improving their project management skills. We also needed improved information regarding the status of our project activities in order to identify resource problems earlier. This is accomplished by Moovila using its Carmen AI functionality, calendar integration, capacity analysis, and resource tracking.

Cons

I cant say I dislike anything. The only challenge Ive encountered is typical of each time you need to combine two tools into one. The way we combine project management and professional services automation in one package is something were continually reevaluating and enhancing.

A reliable portfolio management solution with accurate project flows

Pros

Moovila has all the features you’d need to create custom project plans. I like the ability to make edits to an ongoing project, which saves time and keeps the project on schedule (if not ahead). It has excellent reporting and offers much better communication features as compared to the competition.

Cons

Currently, there’s only an option to share a jpeg of the report when I try to export. I would really like an option to create a PDF, which is one of the most popular and compatible file formats everyone uses.
