“What I learned from using Mosaic?”
Pros
Our experience with Mosaic has been excellent so far. Our dedicated representative has been highly responsive and helpful whenever we reach out for assistance.
Cons
While we are still in the onboarding process and getting acquainted with the software, there are a few areas where we would appreciate additional features. It would be fantastic to have a report that lists all our "milestones" in chronological order based on their due dates. Currently, this feature is not available. Additionally, it would be convenient if we could sort projects based on our internal project numbers rather than organizing them alphabetically by project name.

I've been really surprised by how much our team is able to accomplish just by adding Mosaic to their toolkit. When starting a new project, we can accurately quote prices to our clients by consulting billing records for similar previous work. The due dates help us keep track of tasks and hold our employees accountable for their resources. Project scheduling is essential for ensuring that the team meets deadlines. Timesheets are incredibly useful and save us a lot of valuable time. Mosaic is also very flexible and has a smooth user interface, which makes it even more enjoyable to use.
Cons
Creating reports is not as easy as I would have liked, and it puts limits on the extent of sharing or exporting we can do with them.

Mosaic neatly presents all the data I require in one easy-to-access location. It is extremely beneficial to have the flexibility to quickly switch between several views and phases of a project to manage the data better. When overseeing a project, I can get a clear idea of how staffing and progress on the project are affected by the project budget. We can quickly change the metrics of upcoming projects and set a reasonable deadline for completion based on the data we have. It helps us maintain a consistent pace of work.
Cons
There have been some occasions on which the software has let me down, but it is very rare.

Mosaic has one of the smoothest implementation processes I’ve encountered, and I really appreciated how simple it was to integrate it with our company's operations. It remains the most reliable software we've used to date. The overall user interface is fantastic, and I was particularly intrigued by the figures that Mosaic can automatically generate. It was also incredibly helpful to have detailed reasoning and calculations available for every financial transaction. After just a bit of training from the excellent technical team, I was able to better understand the information on the dashboard, which I now use to improve my reports and monthly presentations.
Cons
Mosaic is a bit like Excel, but not when it comes to the formula bar. The only place where you can enter your own formulas is in the bar, which is not the case in Excel. It is basically the least used feature here at the company. Ive always struggled with formula creation, which I never did when I used Excel. It has made me drop the feature entirely, and I am back to using Excel for formula sheet creation.
