Pros
I wholeheartedly recommend niikiis It has fulfilled one of our longstanding dreams by providing an app that unites all our employees, resembling an internal Facebook. This platform excels at improving internal communication, addressing one of our previous weaknesses. Now, we easily share all hotel news via niikiis, and our staff truly appreciates it.
Cons
While niikiis has been incredibly beneficial to us, the issue of shift management remains partially unresolved. Nevertheless, we have confidence that the support team will work towards a solution by January1st.

Niikiis stands out for its userfriendliness and the convenience it offers to HR managers who can access all relevant information from a single platform. The performance evaluation feature is particularly intriguing as it allows us to provide metrics to both managers and those being evaluated.
Cons
The softwares limitations are somewhat dependent on the subscription level, and it might be beneficial to grant managers greater control over certain information flows, currently managed by the Niikiis support team.
