“Not overly complicated”
Pros
It performs really well even with a large number of users and it keeps a lot of functionality without getting overly complicated. Email also looks like it'll be a strong part of the workflow.
Cons
Automation still can't trigger external actions-for example, updating a status in a table doesn't automatically fire a flow on make.com. Instead, make.com has to check for changes every 10 minutes. It would be much better if the automation could trigger an URL. Also, the table formulas seem limited, you can't apply a formula to specific lines only, it ends up affecting the entire column instead of targeted rows.

“Notion as project planning tool”
Pros
It isn't just a basic note app. It feels more like a project management roadmap than a place for random thoughts. You can map out a whole project on one canvas, go through each step carefully and plan or carry out tasks. The milestone-style structure makes progress tracking feel much more intentional.
Cons
Performance is strong on a computer but the mobile experience is noticeably more limited. Simple notes work well enough but organizing tasks especially with database-style workflows doesn't feel as capable on a phone.

“growing set of comprehensive tools”
Pros
It comes with a growing set of comprehensive tools that work really well for teams like product documentation and task lists, while also being handy for individual stuff such as holiday planning and other life admin tasks.
Cons
Without someone keeping an eye on how information is stored and how pages are structured, the workspace can spiral out of control pretty fast. Pricing can also feel a bit steep for smaller teams.

“Superb tool for organizing my projects”
Pros
Notion has been an amazing tool for organizing my projects, whether it's collaborating with a team or keeping track of personal tasks. The interface feels user-friendly and the flexibility of pages and databases is a huge plus-it makes it much easier to shape everything around my needs. I use it for note-taking, task tracking and even more complex project management and it consistently delivers a solid, all-in-one solution that actually works.
Cons
it can feel a bit challenging at the beginning, mainly because there are so many features to explore. Once you get past that initial learning curve, it quickly becomes really enjoyable to use.

“Impressive level of customization”
Pros
The level of customization is seriously impressive and it feels like an all-in-one workspace that fits how different teams work. Collaboration is smooth, everything is in the same place so sharing and coordinating with teammates is much easier.
Cons
Jumping in as a new user takes some getting used to since there's a fairly steep learning curve. Offline access is also pretty limited so it's not the best option if you regularly work without a connection.

“Notion boosts team workflow”
Pros
My day-to-day workflow has gotten a lot better since switching to Notion. The collaboration features let my team work together more smoothly and it's easy to support each other as projects move along. Having everything in one shared platform also keeps our work aligned and it helps us structure projects more clearly by visualizing progress. On top of that, the AI support helps refine ideas and highlights details that bring better focus to what we're building.
Cons

“Excellent for building custom pages, databases”
Pros
I really appreciated its flexibility for building custom pages, databases and templates. Being able to tailor everything made it fit neatly into my content planning and day-to-day project management.
Cons
The one thing that bothered me was the learning curve, getting the more involved workflows and databases set up took some time. It also doesn't include a few of the advanced project management features you'd normally expect from dedicated tools.

“really moldable”
Pros
It works across multiple platforms, all in one place and it's really moldable to match whatever I need. I honestly can't picture running my business without it-everything I set up fits my workflow.
Cons
using all the features to their full potential can be hard. It would be nice if there were clearer prompts like a quick way to spot in-app tips or pop-ups that guide you toward training so you can maximize Notion without feeling like you're guessing.

“Helpful scheduling and follow-through”
Pros
I really enjoyed how the app doesn't just let you schedule and organize your day, it also tries to keep you actually sticking to the plan you set.
Cons

“Everything is self-explanatory”
Pros
The free plan is genuinely very good and we managed to build almost everything we needed without upgrading. The interface is extremely simple and it's easy to get started, everything feels self-explanatory. Visually, it looks great too and it's probably the easiest way we've found to put together a public-facing dashboard or data room.
Cons
The sidebar can get a bit fidgety and occasionally it's harder to navigate than it should be.
