“Helps build a professional wiki”
Pros
The document management and setup look really polished and it makes it simple to build a clean, good-looking wiki. I also appreciate that it's designed for team use-multiple members can jump in and collaborate without feeling like you're fighting the tool. On top of that, it seems reasonably priced compared to other options so it feels like solid value for money.
Cons
A few parts of the UI feel kind of janky and some of the design choices don't click for me. Managing tasks and projects felt less effective than using a dedicated project management platform. In the end, I mostly used it for wiki pages and record keeping rather than day-to-day project tracking.

“Overly complicated for simple tasks”
Pros
It covers a lot of useful ground with its feature set. I appreciate that it comes with plenty of templates so you can start using and customizing things right away.
Cons
Using it feels overly complicated even when I'm trying to set up something basic. It also doesn't come across as very beginner-friendly and it's not really a drag-and-drop style interface that feels user-friendly to work with.

“Everything in one place”
Pros
This tool keeps everything in one place. I use it for notes, task lists, meeting notes and project planning so I'm not constantly jumping between different apps. It's flexible enough that I can organize things the way I prefer and sharing pages with teammates is simple. After the initial setup, it really cuts down the time I spend managing work.
Cons
it can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning since there are lots of ways to structure your workspace. Also, pages with heavy content sometimes take longer to load and offline access isn't as dependable as I'd like. Getting a setup that clicks takes a bit of trial and error.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
It's flexibility and customization have been a real win for our team. We were able to build a solid internal knowledge base and onboarding new members has sped up a lot because the info is easier to find and organize. The drag-and-drop workflow also saves us noticeable time day to day.
Cons
There isn't a built-in project timeline view. It took some trial and error to work around the gap and eventually we relied on a third-party integration to get the timeline functionality we needed.

“Smooth real-time collaboration”
Pros
We run it as our company wiki, project manager and a central database for every video script and podcast outline. Real-time collaboration works really smoothly and I can annotate my writers' ideas right away without waiting.
Cons
When our databases get big, hundreds of scripts plus embedded media files, the app starts to lag a bit.

“Versatile workspace”
Pros
It has been a really versatile workspace for me and it's meaningfully organized both my project management and personal organization. The drag-and-drop workflow is a big win-it makes creating custom databases and pages feel user-friendly instead of tedious. I also appreciate being able to flip between table, board and calendar views for the same project which helps me plan in whichever format makes sense at the time. On top of that, it acts like a single hub for my notes, documentation and task tracking so I'm not constantly switching between different apps during the day. The template library is another standout since it lets me get started quickly without needing to build everything from scratch.
Cons
The initial learning curve can feel a little steep if you haven't used a block-based editor before-there are a lot of features to dig into. Once you settle in though, the flexibility pays off and makes that early friction worth it. I'd also like the desktop app's offline performance to be a touch faster.

“Saves time and boosts productivity”
Pros
From the moment I started using it, a few features stood out that really make it strong for both work and day-to-day life. You get one unified workspace that combines notes, tasks and databases so organizing everything feels a lot more flexible than bouncing between different tools. The text editor is genuinely solid and the built-in templates (which you can customize) help you set up personal or team systems much faster. I also like how quickly you can add notes and comments to specific projects and how simple it is to copy content from one page and share it without a hassle. On top of that, the advanced AI tools are a big help for summarizing, rephrasing and drafting content and the translation feature makes multi-language work way more manageable. Between the ability to build a full knowledge wiki, plus integrations and automation, the overall effect is noticeable time savings and better productivity.
Cons
That said, there are some real downsides right away. Performance and speed can drop especially when you're working with large databases or pages packed with lots of content-then response times slow down and data loading can get flaky. The experience seems to vary depending on the device you're using and how heavily you're interacting day to day which can make it harder to rely on when you need fast, immediate responsiveness in a work setting.

“Modular system”
Pros
It feels really modular so you can use it in a bunch of different ways. I've been able to build a lot of different things in one place without running into a lot of limitations.
Cons
Setting up new components isn't always simple. Since so much is interconnected, it's also pretty easy to accidentally break something when you change one part of the system.

“Flexible interface”
Pros
The interface feels pretty flexible, letting me customize workflows around how I actually work. On top of that, the AI features are a real time-saver-summarizing content, drafting text and organizing information without much manual effort.
Cons
With very large pages or bigger databases, there are moments where things can feel slightly sluggish. After a bit of getting used to it though, the added flexibility outweighed those slow spots.

“Centralized solution”
Pros
It has been one of the most flexible tools I've used. Whether I'm taking notes, managing projects or keeping all my information in one place, I can organize everything inside a single workspace. That "everything together" approach is honestly the best part.
Cons
I enjoy how much freedom it gives for customization. You can shape your workspace around your own habits without feeling boxed in. The only catch is that you'll need to spend a little time up front setting up an organization structure that fits your needs.

“Quick mobile notes with Notion AI”
Pros
Really helpful for jotting down notes fast right from my phone. On top of that, Notion AI is a huge time-saver, it can summarize a document and then export the result as a PDF which makes sharing things way simpler.
Cons
I do wish it had a more affordable subscription option or at least a more generous free trial. Something like 100 credits per month would go a long way.

“Plenty of templates”
Pros
Having multiple departments meant everyone could set up their own section the way they preferred. There were plenty of templates to choose from so we didn't have to build anything from scratch. It also feels simple to use and makes assigning tasks to team members quick, just tag the people you want to involve.
Cons
Tracking down the right section was a bit annoying when names weren't chosen carefully. If the section wasn't labeled correctly, it took some extra digging to locate it. Also, you usually only find what you need after the files are set up.

“Real-time collaboration for campaigns”
Pros
Relational databases feel genuinely powerful for connecting a creative asset (like visuals and copy) to a specific campaign, along with the performance metrics tied to it. Having real-time collaboration available with graphic designers and copywriters cuts out the usual endless email back-and-forth.
Cons
The mobile app occasionally shows annoying loading delays especially when screens include large data tables which makes quick checks while you're on the go a bit harder.

Pros
It now runs with AI and comes with a bunch of tools that really help you stay productive which makes a noticeable difference in how you manage your time.

“Huge variety of templates”
Pros
My favorite thing about it is the huge variety of templates. I can set up a table or a calendar, use tags to keep track of where items are at and then add, update or rearrange everything as needs change.
Cons

Pros
I like how it brings notes, task management and databases into a single workspace. The setup feels flexible and it's simple to organize information whether you're working solo or collaborating with a team on projects.

“Adapts well”
Pros
There's a lot you can build and manage in this software. It's flexible enough to fit whatever way you work and it's honestly been really helpful for keeping my thoughts and ideas organized.
Cons
Sharing my Notion pages caused a headache sometimes, often the other person ended up needing to create an account and then I'd get billed for additional users. The platform also takes a little time to get used to before everything feels natural.

“Saves a lot of time”
Pros
I'm able to adjust things as the project changes. When a team needs a different kind of tracker, I can usually switch the view instead of rebuilding the entire page which saves a lot of time though I'll be honest, there have been a couple moments where I messed up the layout while experimenting and had to undo things. The best part is how well our team can drop notes and updates directly in it. It's cut down on the constant "did you see my message about this?" back-and-forth even if we occasionally still duplicate work when someone doesn't check the page first.
Cons
On desktop it runs perfectly and I've had no issues but the mobile experience is slower. When the pages get bigger, my phone can take a few seconds to load and on weaker Wi-Fi it sometimes stretches out longer than I'd like. It's fine for quick lookups or checking off a task but when I'm trying to make multiple updates while away from my laptop, I end up waiting until I'm back. Not a dealbreaker overall but that's the one thing I'd want improved most.

“All-in-one software”
Pros
Having wikis, task boards and documentation all in one workspace makes it much easier to keep our IT tasks structured and clear. As an IT Manager, I especially appreciate the custom dashboards for monitoring deadlines and assigning work across different team members. It's also been a big help onboarding new employees-sharing access to key materials without going through the usual back-and-forth emails or jumping between multiple apps.
Cons
The platform's flexibility can feel a little confusing for teammates who aren't used to modular tools. Setting up templates and workflows takes some effort and even the more tech-friendly users have to get used to a learning curve. The desktop experience feels solid but when dashboards get complex or collaboration turns into intricate project planning, the mobile side feels a bit limited. There also doesn't appear to be offline access which can be inconvenient in certain situations.

“You can tailor it”
Pros
Appreciate how much you can tailor it. I use it for everything, project planning, task tracking, note-taking and even content ideas so it basically becomes my catch-all workspace. After you spend a little time with it, you can build a setup that fits your workflow rather than forcing you into a rigid, one-size-fits-all layout. I also appreciate that it syncs across all my devices which means I can jump right back in whether I'm on my laptop or my phone.
Cons
Starting out does come with a learning curve. With all the features and customization options, the first day or two can feel a bit overwhelming. I'd also like the mobile app to be quicker when I'm dealing with bigger pages or databases though it hasn't been bad enough to stop me from using it.
