“Central hub for our business”
Pros
The customization options are genuinely strong, this has turned into a central hub for our business and we've been able to shape it to match exactly how we work. It feels like it's flexible enough to fit our workflow rather than forcing us into the product's way of doing things.
Cons
There's a pretty steep learning curve for a few users who moved over from other systems. That said, given how much the platform can do, it's hard to imagine this wouldn't be true in some form. Once people get past the initial ramp-up, the power seems worth it.

“Keeps track of the progress”
Pros
I end up using it every day to document my work and keep track of the progress other team members are making. The multi-purpose side of it really stands out, being able to switch between note-taking, project management and building knowledge bases in one place saves a lot of time. I'm also a big fan of the high level of customization and the collaboration features which makes it a solid fit for team projects, roadmap tracking and keeping information organized in a way that actually works.
Cons
Getting started came with a pretty steep learning curve. Beyond that, there isn't much I dislike about it.

“simple to manage my workflow”
Pros
The app has a lot of useful functions and the fact that it brings everything together in a single format is a big win. Having all the tools organized in one place makes it much simpler to manage my workflow without jumping between different screens or systems.
Cons
The learning curve could be a bit steep since there are plenty of options-especially when you're trying to build a fully functional template. It takes some time to figure out which settings to use and how to set up everything properly.

“Useful automatic alerts”
Pros
It feels effortless to use and the interface is really user-friendly. Getting comfortable with it didn't take long at all. I'm especially happy with how it lets me organize my tasks and quickly spot what's most important. It's also incredibly flexible so I can tailor it to whatever I'm working on and even build dashboards to track my stats. The auto-alerts have been a total game-changer, deadlines don't sneak up on me and I stay focused on tackling everything in the right order.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across anything I dislike about Notion yet.

“covers a ton of use cases”
Pros
Notion has turned into a go-to tool for me especially since I can use it for free. It covers a ton of use cases, diary, schedule planning, habit tracking and even storing/reading journal entries. I moved over from Todoist because Notion's customization options really grabbed me. Being able to design a visually appealing workspace makes it feel more motivating than a plain task app.
Cons
Nothing has really bothered me yet and I can't point to any features I dislike so far.

“Practical to use”
Pros
It's really practical to use and it also goes deep in terms of editing and personalization. The combination of both makes it feel like a tool that's not just convenient but also powerful when you want to fine-tune details.
Cons
So far, I haven't noticed any obvious downsides.

“AI hype ruins the product”
Pros
I genuinely enjoyed the product a lot before the AI changes started taking over.
Cons
The AI features are pushed during basically every interaction and it makes it really hard to use the product for anything practical or useful.

“Awesome functionality”
Pros
The app is simple to use and the free plan already comes with genuinely useful functionality. Getting started didn't feel like a chore and the features are there when you need them.
Cons
Once you start exploring, it can get a bit overwhelming, there are tons of different use cases and options to consider so it takes some sorting out to find what you actually want.

“Compatible tool”
Pros
The interface feels simple to work with and it plays nicely with other software, Asana included so everything stays compatible without much hassle.
Cons
The team does respond to user needs but some non-critical issues still end up taking a surprisingly long time to get resolved even when they don't seem urgent on paper.

“Task list organization is solid”
Pros
Organizing the task list has been simple for me and I can quickly add notes whenever I need them. The whole task/note setup feels manageable day to day and jotting things down is convenient.
Cons
The notes section is organized noticeably worse than the tasks. I also wish there were a proper search feature. Tagging notes works fine but the process of adding tags could be a lot more user-friendly.

“keeps life organized”
Pros
There are many options and you don't have to use the whole platform to still get real value from it. I can organize basically everything in one place, work, hobbies and personal stuff without needing separate tools. The core features like to-do lists, are simple even if you've never used Notion before. If you want to go further, you can build smarter, more tailored setups and create useful templates that are all connected together. On top of that, there are plenty of ready-made templates from Notion and other creators so you can start right away.
Cons
Getting into more advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming especially for beginners. The upside is that there are lots of tutorials available to help you ramp up.

“No downsides to it”
Pros
It's simple to use and I really enjoy the feature that lets you publish your work to everyone. I also find it helpful for writing and organizing my notes. As a designer, I use it to save and keep track of my design inspiration and the whole setup has been working well for my workflow.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into anything I dislike. Notion covers all the files and needs I have and it keeps my records updated. There's no particular "thing" I hate about it at all so I have no real complaints.

“Brilliant coordination features”
Pros
Notion's team collaboration tools have been the most useful part for me. Having the shared workspace, coordination features and the way everything stays organized for multiple people makes day-to-day collaboration a lot smoother.
Cons

“Fits any workflow”
Pros
The biggest win with it is how flexible it feels and how well it can fit basically any workflow. You can tailor it to match what you're doing, whether that's managing projects organizing notes or planning your day. On top of that, real-time collaboration is a huge help when you're working with other people.
Cons
There are also a lot of features and that can feel overwhelming at first, particularly if you're brand new. A more gradual learning curve would make it easier to get the most out of it faster.

“Notion browser extension is my favorite”
Pros
The Notion browser extension is my favorite feature. I use it to read blogs on different websites and keep everything organized in one place so I can quickly revisit and reference posts later. It's also super convenient for saving pages directly into Notion instead of manually copying links or text. On top of that, I really enjoy using Notion itself to create detailed notes that I can build out over time.
Cons
I'd like an option to turn off the AI writing feature sometimes it gets in the way while I'm taking notes.

“Meets my requirements”
Pros
This app feels really versatile and genuinely user-friendly. I've been using it mostly for note-taking and planning and it fits that workflow nicely without getting in the way.
Cons
When I shift into deeper project work, the workspace can start to feel cluttered-notes get tangled into the project as the structure grows which makes navigation a bit harder over time.
