“Lets me jot things down”
Pros
Being able to jot things down, categorize them and file everything has been incredibly useful. It's a really cool tool that keeps my notes and info neatly handled.
Cons
Its tricky to handle for new users, mostly because it takes some time to locate all the different features.

“Flawless database management”
Pros
It's an all-in-one workspace where you can handle several different tasks in one place. The database management is also pretty solid and everything stays organized under the same setup.
Cons
When the database gets large, it can slow down from time to time. There are also moments where the user interface lags a bit.

“Good for keeping everyone on track”
Pros
been pretty useful for keeping everyone on track and managing daily tasks without losing sight of what needs doing. The overall flow does help me stay organized.
Cons
Reading and navigating the interface still feels a bit confusing. I've only used it for a couple of months and I'm still working out a few things here and there.

“fast content comprehension”
Pros
Notion AI gives a really solid interface for anyone already using it and it makes it quick to get your head around what's happening in your workspace. The flow feels built for Notion users so understanding your content is pretty swift.
Cons
Occasionally it lags which can be a bit annoying when you're trying to move quickly. Also some answers don't always reflect the latest articles or the most current medical guidelines on certain topics.

“No more jumping between tools”
Pros
It's super easy to tailor to whatever I'm working on and the setup keeps feeling like it evolves right along with my needs. I also love that it includes nearly everything I rely on in a single place so I'm not constantly jumping between different tools.
Cons
My only wish is for Notion and Notion Calendar to sync in both directions (not just from Notion to Notion Calendar). It would also be nice to see a bit more calendar functionality along the lines of Airtable Calendar or Google Calendar.

“Full-featured program”
Pros
It is flexible and packed with full-feature tools that work well for handling teamwork and collaboration. Managing people and responsibilities feels more organized thanks to the range of options it offers.
Cons
The interface doesn't feel very user-friendly and the learning curve is fairly steep. A few screens and workflows can get confusing at times especially when you're still figuring things out.

“Easy sharing and simple tagging”
Pros
Sharing information is genuinely convenient. The interface feels simple, with a simple design that's easy to navigate. Tagging someone is also quick and it connects well with the other work tools I use so everything stays linked up.
Cons
When there's a ton of information, it can start to feel overwhelming unless you keep things well organized. Also, the AI occasionally throws out suggestions that seem a bit odd or out of place.

“Convenient calendar snapshot view”
Pros
The calendar view option was a real win for me, being able to see the content calendar in one place made it much quicker to get a snapshot of what's coming up.
Cons
Navigation felt less user-friendly than I expected. Coming from Asana, it's noticeably harder to find my way around and it seems to offer fewer features too.

“Excellent collaboration with flexible permissions”
Pros
This has turned into a really solid collaboration setup for our team. There are plenty of on-page tools that let you shape the workspace the way each group needs it and we've set up separate pages for different departments. I also like that you can lock down access with permissions and share specific pages only with external partners who genuinely need to view the information.
Cons
The 10/month price can add up fast as your user count grows. Billing is based on how many users you have at the time the invoice is generated each month so even if you remove users partway through the month, you're still charged the original number for that billing period.

“Solid app and site”
Pros
The UI looks really good and everything feels simple to navigate. The design stays pretty minimal which makes it quick to find what you need. Both the mobile app and the desktop site have been solid to use as well.
Cons
On the mobile app, a few features are tucked away and take several taps to reach which can be a little annoying when you're trying to get to something fast.

“All-in-one productivity”
Pros
It has been acting as my all-in-one productivity setup since it brings together note-taking, task management and collaboration in one place. The customization is genuinely powerful-being able to build databases, wikis and project boards the way I want makes it feel tailored rather than generic. The interface stays clean and the overall structure is flexible enough to work for both personal organization and group projects. For someone like me (a researcher/student), it's especially handy for capturing notes from articles and saving everything so I can revisit it later.
Cons
There's a pretty noticeable learning curve when you're just getting started and a few of the more advanced features require a paid subscription.

“Central place to store data”
Pros
We've been using it mainly because it handles a wide variety of design-related information types really well. It also combines text, images and databases in one shared workspace which fits what we wanted, one central place to store and organize our information.
Cons
When it comes to data visualization, the table view options only cover a limited set of formats. Also, there isn't a fully fleshed-out built-in asset library so we end up relying on external storage integrations to manage the media.

“Covers professional and personal needs”
Pros
It's a pretty flexible product that covers both professional and personal needs which has helped me organise my life in a way that actually sticks. I can structure things for different areas without feeling like I'm stuck with a single rigid layout.
Cons
Occasionally it runs a bit slow especially when I'm using it on mobile. It also takes some time to set up properly if you want it to work well long term.

Pros

“Userfriendly layout”
Pros
It feels incredibly user-friendly thanks to its clean interface and the layout is clear right from the start. Notes, tasks and project organization all live in one place so it genuinely works as an all-in-one workspace. What really sets it apart from other tools is the flexible database system, letting you structure and organize information exactly the way you want even as your needs evolve.
Cons
One real downside is the lack of an offline mode which can be inconvenient when you don't have reliable internet access. Also, while the basics are simple, getting the hang of the more advanced features takes a bit of time, particularly with more complex database setups.

“constant updates”
Pros
It feels incredibly user-friendly and there's an impressive amount of genuinely useful features packed into it. Updates come out pretty often too so the website/app keeps getting better and more efficient as new tools roll in.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve, mainly once you start building more advanced pages. It's not overwhelming but you do have to put in some personal effort to fully get the hang of a lot of the features and shortcuts Notion offers.

“Versatile organization tool”
Pros
I didn't end up using the platform much at my company but I've used it as a consumer. It's definitely something I'd consider using at work in the future too. There are a lot of different ways to use it which makes it useful for staying organized.
Cons
Switching from personal use to using Notion as a company can feel a little overwhelming at first especially figuring out the best way to set it up and use it for teams.
