“Cool aesthetic”
Pros
The best part for me is the workflow's aesthetic. It's not just functional, it also matches the overall visual style really well.
Cons
The setup can feel a bit complex. I wouldn't fully recommend it to someone who's totally new to computers or note-taking.

“Highly adaptable platform”
Pros
It's genuinely flexible and can fit pretty much any need you can think of.
Cons
Occasionally it limits what you can do regarding UI or access and it depends quite a bit on other tools (for example, using a separate survey tool). Hopefully that improves soon!

“Amazing level of customization”
Pros
This app feels really user-friendly and it covers everything from simple notes and tasks to more complex projects in one place. I also appreciate how much you can customize the pages, plus the integrations with other tools make it fit into my workflow without much hassle.
Cons
For brand-new users, it might feel a bit overwhelming at first and the layout can come across as crowded when you start adding more content. Still, there are plenty of learning resources online to help you get past that learning curve.

“Feels adequate”
Pros
It feels really versatile and flexible for getting different kinds of work organized. It's kind of a Swiss-knife app, nothing is necessarily perfect but it's usually adequate, practical and simple enough to be useful day to day.
Cons
The learning curve is pretty steep especially at the beginning. The template community is huge but that volume can be overwhelming for some people trying to pick something and get started. Also, there are simple formatting options like strikethrough that seem more complicated than they should be.

“Plans and deadlines in one place”
Pros
The note-taking features are solid overall and I'm using pretty much everything it offers. Being able to add tables and do calculations right inside my notes is a big win and the ability to embed a calendar makes it much easier to keep plans and deadlines in one place.
Cons
Customization isn't always where I'd like it to be. A good example is the calendar view-on occasion items get cut off and adjusting the timezone can be a bit awkward so it takes extra effort to make sure everything lines up correctly.

“Well-organized budgeting and lists”
Pros
I'm pretty organized so using this platform helps me keep everything together in one spot including my budgeting, packing lists and even concert info all stay in the same place.
Cons
Installing templates feels more complicated than it should and it could be cheaper overall.

“Emojis add personality”
Pros
The interface feels really user-friendly and the customization options are a big plus. You can adjust the format to match how your team works, add emojis for a bit of personality and even tag other colleagues directly on the page.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about-Notion has been a solid tool for coordinating across different teams.

“Wide variety of functions”
Pros
There are a lot of options and features here and it genuinely does what I need and then some. Even when I think I've found everything, there's usually another setting or tool that helps me get closer to the exact result I'm after.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The tutorial doesn't go far enough so it takes some extra effort to figure things out on your own.

“thorough documentation”
Pros
It's simple to use and the documentation and tutorials are really thorough. I also found the search experience handy and there are plenty of options for writing custom stuff. Having a mobile app is a nice bonus too.
Cons
As a QA Engineer, I didn't run into many built-in tools for adding test scenarios which makes sense but it would be better if everything could be organized in one place.

“Can adjust it”
Pros
Customizable templates have been a real win for kicking off my release writing. They give me a solid starting structure right away and then I can tweak everything until it matches what I'm aiming for.
Cons
The AI integration hasn't worked for me at all. It feels more distracting than useful and I don't agree with how AI is implemented.

“Interactive workflow”
Pros
The platform feels really interactive and it lets me build a more organized, personalized workflow using all the different tools it includes. The AI features help me come up with stronger ideas when I'm working on projects. I also appreciate that I can share pretty much any kind of information with my team and it makes collaborating together much simpler.
Cons
No complaints here, nothing about it has caused any issues for me.

“Fantastic for managing projects”
Pros
This is a perfectly working tool with a really flexible, highly customizable setup. Using it has been a fantastic experience for managing projects and it also works well as a daily helping journal.
Cons
interface is pretty complex and the customization options take a lot of time to learn. On top of that, the documentation isn't that helpful.

Pros

“Feature-rich system”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything I need. I can jot down notes, build a to-do list in the exact layout I want and create tables with a "convert to database" option. something I genuinely like. Customizing individual table cells is also great, I can drop in checkboxes, dropdown menus and other controls per cell. Another big win is the ability to search within the table for any item so I don't have to keep scrolling just to find something.
Cons
The only thing that feels weak is the sidebar. After adding lots of items, scrolling gets awkward. They show a small "more" button at the bottom, then you have to scroll again to reach the item you're looking for. Even though favorites would help me jump to what I use most, it still would've been nicer if scrolling/searching in the sidebar felt more smooth.

“Works fine”
Pros
It feels really versatile and powerful. I use it a lot for both work collaboration and personal planning. The interface is super user-friendly so even with all the features it offers, it never becomes overwhelming. It's also simple to find what you need to get the exact outcome you're aiming for.
Cons
Since Notion is so flexible, it helps to start a project with a clear picture of what the final result should look like. Without that initial "vision," I ran into some issues explaining the app's full capabilities and overall scope to my colleagues.

“database-focused approach”
Pros
I really enjoy the entire database-focused approach because it lets me keep information about my stuff, what I know, ideas and other interests all in one place. The standout feature for me is the ability to nest any database (or even just a part of one) wherever it makes sense.
Cons
Two parts are less satisfying. First, the time management setup could use improvement-more of an Asana/ClickUp-style philosophy would fit my workflow better. Since it doesn't quite work that way, I end up using another app to handle tasks even though I expected Notion to cover everything in one tool. Second, I miss being able to make notes fully unhierarchical. I genuinely prefer that structure but the way Notion works is inherently more hierarchical.

“Super app”
Pros
Everything is in one place, basically like a mini-Wikipedia for my team. The interface feels highly responsive and lightweight and the app has been consistently bug-free. Searching is genuinely strong and having it as an all-in-one tool makes it a must-have whether you're running a startup or supporting a larger business.
Cons
It could be even better with more task management capabilities-things like focus mode, better task tracking or a built-in dashboard so it really becomes a true super app.

“Lets me build my own content”
Pros
It feels sleek and kind of like a private space where I can build my own content while also tapping into the knowledge the company provides.
Cons
Search is pretty weak. I've lost track of how many times I typed the right keywords but still couldn't find the exact card I needed. You can work around it after a while but that takes time and it can be pretty frustrating if you need results quickly.
