“Everything Together”
Pros
Before embracing Notion, we juggled between Google, Asana, and other tools for task and note-taking. Now, having everything in one place is an absolute game-changer for our team. Words can not express how relieving that is!
Cons
It bothers me a bit that clicking on the document's name prompts me to edit it instead of opening it. I have to click on "open Notion" instead, which feels a bit counterintuitive.

“Notion is the one stop shop that will transform the way you work.”
Pros
What's not to love about Notion? It is a brilliant app with high customization, catering to the needs of businesses, teams, and clients alike. I use it for everything from daily planning to project management, team task management, budget tracking, CRM for clients, wiki space for company info, meeting notes, and even public landing pages. The new AI features are incredible also it is like having ChatGPT built in, using existing content in your spaces and pages.
Cons
Maximizing Notion's capabilities requires some time and effort. However, self-teaching is seamless, and with resources like expert trainers on YouTube and those published by Notion, learning is facilitated. Although there's a learning curve, the functionality, especially with databases, is worth the investment.
