“Notion is our internal knowledge base
Pros
I appreciate Notion's cleaner and simpler user interface compared to its main competitor. Managing permissions is straightforward, and collaboration is seamless a huge plus for productivity.
Cons
Cleaning up unofficial workspaces created by previous users is not straightforward, and the absence of a clear activity schedule poses challenges also it is unclear whether inactive users still have active licenses, as the "last active" feature is not available in our plan.

“Great tool for marketing / comms teams
Pros
Notion's ease of use, coupled with a plethora of ready-to-use templates available online, makes it an ideal choice for various tasks.
Cons
Because Notion's interface is simple and uniform, it can be challenging to make it visually appealing and easy to navigate. To compensate for its limitations in content creation and storage, I use it alongside G-drive and Microsoft Suite.
