“Fits every workflow”

Pros

There's no real limit to the pages, blocks or templates you can build so it fits just about any workflow I throw at it. It also works as an all-in-one setup for notes, tasks, databases and even AI-assisted writing which keeps everything in one place.

Cons

Offline access is pretty limited and the mobile app doesn't feel as user-friendly as the desktop. A few of the more advanced features, including the full AI capabilities, seem to be tied to paid upgrades.

The workflow feels pretty simple, the app is quick and the integration options are top-notch especially when connecting with tools like Notion or other products.

Cons

It got a little glitchy when running in the desktop standalone app though it might've been a Windows-specific problem.

It genuinely comes with a lot of useful features so picking just a few highlights is tough. I run it on my desktop as a daily task tracker and lately I've also been using it as a calendar. The whole platform feels pretty user-friendly and the free plan has been more than enough for my needs.

Having everything in one place is a big win for me, notes, ideas and work documents all stay organized inside separate workspaces. Cleanup and searching also feel simple so I'm not constantly wasting time digging. The best part is linking pages together and organizing information in a way that matches how my brain works which has genuinely boosted my productivity. This has been my go-to tool for about 4 years because it helps me stay organized without feeling restrictive.

Cons

The main thing I notice is that it can get slower and feel cluttered as pages become heavier-especially when there are lots of embeds, big tables or very long documents-so everyday navigation isn't as smooth. Sharing and permissions are another area that can be confusing, particularly when a workspace includes a lot of people, it takes some extra attention to make sure everyone has the correct access. Lastly, the system only stays useful if you keep up with it-without consistent templates and naming rules, information can end up spread across random pages and databases and then it's harder to find later on.

It has been a fantastic deal for the price, it covers everything our business needs and fits right into our workflow. The app stays simple to use, supports real-time collaboration with the team, syncs data instantly and keeps rolling out useful updates.

Cons

Occasionally the interface feels a bit cluttered or confusing though after adding Notion AI it became noticeably easier to navigate and understand.

Finding or tracking specific edits within documents can get a bit tricky and the way changes are located isn't very user-friendly.

They've built the app in a way that really helps you create all sorts of documents, notes, emails and more and then automatically organize everything according to the structure they provide. Using it feels effortless and the learning curve wasn't long for me at all. Once I got comfortable with how it worked, I was whipping up my own notebooks for business organization like crazy.

Cons

There was definitely a period of trial and error before I felt fully confident using it and comfortable that I was actually accomplishing what I planned to do.

This tool feels incredibly flexible, you can shape just about any workflow you can think of, whether that's a product roadmap, a CRM or a content calendar. Collaboration for teams runs in real time and stays consistently smooth and reliable. On top of that, the template library cuts down a lot of the initial setup work. The free plan is also genuinely usable, not just a teaser. Bonus points for Notion AI which is handy for rewriting or summarizing docs.

Cons

That said, the learning curve is real especially if you're trying to build more complex setups. Once your databases grow to a larger scale, performance can slow down noticeably. Offline mode is also pretty limited. And since it's a generalist tool, if you need deep, specialized capabilities in project management or CRM, dedicated platforms still tend to outperform it.

Amazing how simple it is to use, plus how flexible the customization options feel. I also really like the "dashboard" feature, it's great for keeping all my links organized in a single place.

Cons

I don't care for how heavily it's leaning into AI features. I'm mainly using it to jot down meeting notes and keep my tasks in order and I don't really need an AI assistant for that.

The biggest drawback I encountered was a consistent and frustrating failure in cross-platform syncing. While my workspace functioned smoothly on my desktop, the mobile app would frequently fail to update, leaving me unable to see my latest work when I was away from my desk. Even though I was logged into the same account, the mobile app often felt disconnected and stagnant. This lack of reliability on the go, combined with its heavy reliance on a stable internet connection to refresh data, made it very difficult to trust the app for time-sensitive freelance management.

I really like how it pulls all our project discussions and meeting notes together. Our business analytics and the prioritized to-do lists we actually use ends up in one single place so it's simple to stay on top of work.

Cons

Customer support is basically nonexistent for quick help which means any technical hiccup turns into a bit of an adjustment on our end.

It matched what I was hoping for. I used to rely more on Microsoft Word and standalone to-do apps so my tasks were scattered and there wasn't really a unified system to track everything. Notion fixed that by giving me an all-in-one platform where I can store my notes, wish lists, tasks and basically keep track of my whole life in one place.

Cons

It took me a little time to wrap my head around a few features especially the way database relationships work since it's not just like following a simple template. Some use cases that certain models suggest still aren't accessible to me which made the learning curve slightly longer than I expected.

I really enjoy how versatile it is for all kinds of tasks, everything from simple note-taking to full-on project management and even building websites. For my students, I've been creating multimedia websites that include text along with video and audio files and it's been a lot easier for them to keep practicing between sessions. I also don't feel like I'm boxed in by the limitations you usually run into with a dedicated course-creation platform so I can design the pages the way I want them to look and behave. Really works for me. I've always heard how powerful it is but I was honestly intimidated to try it. The moment I did, it turned into a total game changer for getting my life organized. I use it for my freelance work social media planning and keeping track of personal stuff too. It's not just functional, everything looks really good so it's actually more enjoyable to use. Even the free plan feels incredibly capable on its own.

Not the simplest tool to get started with. Once you get comfortable with the features though, it opens up a ton of possibilities.

Customer support has been helpful too especially when I need to review tutorials. Cons

That same flexibility can be a double-edged sword. When you can change everything, it's easier to get an interface that's harder to manage unless you take the time to adjust it carefully and avoid overdoing it, otherwise it can create extra work. I'd recommend sticking to lean, user-friendly layouts and steering clear of the heavy template-style setups that people often promote or sell.
