“Notion transformed my workflow”
Pros
I love using it. It covers everything I need and has totally reshaped how I work. Day to day, it makes nearly what I do feel 10x easier to manage and keep organized especially when it comes to tracking details. I also use it personally to stay on top of appointments and other stuff I'd normally forget. On top of that, the templates are genuinely fantastic and save a ton of setup time.
Cons
Getting comfortable with all the features and possibilities took a little time. There are still plenty of components I'm not fully confident with yet but there are lots of helpful resources available to get unstuck.

“Keeps agendas clear”
Pros
As a new user exploring AI tools, I really appreciate how it structures my meeting notes, keeps agendas clear and turns things into actionable to-do lists. Being able to access everything from both my laptop and my phone is a big convenience too.
Cons
Getting started took a little getting used to especially around tailoring the documentation to the format I prefer. It required some trial edits-deleting and reworking things-before it fit the style I wanted.

“works well for startups, freelancers, marketing teams”
Pros
One of it's biggest strengths is how flexible it is. You can build a lot of different setups, task trackers, project timelines, client databases, meeting notes and even knowledge hubs. Since these pages can be linked together and customized, it works well for startups, freelancers, marketing teams and bigger organizations too.
Cons
it works really well overall but if you're brand-new to it, it can take a fair amount of time to figure everything out. A more solid beginner guide would make the learning curve a lot more manageable.

“Strong collaboration and customization”
Pros
It's really well designed for collaboration and for customization within set boundaries. Being able to explain what I'm trying to do and then having it suggest parameters I hadn't considered before (like with NotionAI) has helped me organize my projects more effectively.
Cons
There are moments when it could feel a bit more user-friendly. If you don't already know what you're doing, it's not always obvious just how capable the tool is.

“Wonderful collaboration tools”
Pros
Highly customizable page layouts, strong collaboration tools and a solid set of templates so you can get started quickly. It fits both personal projects and team workflows without feeling limiting.
Cons
A bit complicated when you're first setting things up and the app can feel slower once your pages get really large.

“Big fan of Notion AI”
Pros
Notion has become a solid source of truth for information across our organization. Starting a document is quick and the keyboard shortcuts make formatting feel fast and natural-bullets, numbered lists and other common options are right there when you need them. I'm also a big fan of Notion AI, it's usually my first stop when I have a question since a lot of the answers tend to already live somewhere in our existing docs. The search tools are genuinely useful and using tables and databases helps keep everything organized instead of turning into a scattered mess.
Cons
Because it can get huge and a bit overwhelming someone usually needs to own the workspace structure end-to-end. When that responsibility falls on one person, it can create bottlenecks if others are waiting on them for answers or setup changes. The platform's flexibility is a double-edged sword, out of the box it doesn't provide strong structure so it can feel chaotic until workflows are properly shaped. Creating effective workflows tends to take a fair amount of customization which can be time-consuming. As the workspace grows, I've noticed performance can slow down and locating the right info gets harder unless you enforce a strict organizational system. Offline support is also pretty limited which is annoying when internet access isn't reliable.

“I use it for everything”
Pros
I really enjoy how flexible it is. I can shape it to fit my workflow and personalize it the way I want even when I'm using the free version. I've seen people treat it as a digital notebook or even turn it into a website but I use it for basically everything, a task management dashboard for my IT team and also a travel diary when I'm on the road around the world.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is the mobile app's UX. It bothers me that some features available on the desktop version aren't fully usable on mobile.

“offers a lot of customization”
Pros
It's an app that keeps my notes organized and offers a lot of customization. The interface feels user-friendly and simple and it supports group collaboration well so everyone stays on top of the newest updates to the case notes.
Cons
When lots of notes get added, things can get a bit messy since it isn't obvious who created each note. Also some of the features seem to need a tutorial or some upfront learning to use confidently.

“Flexible all-in-one platform”
Pros
My favorite part is how flexible it is as an all-in-one workspace, there's plenty of power under the hood without making teamwork hard to manage. It works well for team and project collaboration, keeps task management organized and the customer support has been consistently helpful. On top of that, it feels like good value for the money and the overall setup is simple enough to use as a digital notebook.
Cons
Notion AI costs extra if you're beyond the free tier. It also has a fairly steep learning curve for new users and some of the more advanced features require paid plans for teams.

“Nothing comes close”
Pros
Nothing else I've tried manages relational data as smoothly. I really enjoy setting up a "Tasks" database where each row starts as a simple checkbox and then opening an item shows a complete project brief too, plus a linked "Client" record and an embedded Figma file right there in the page.
Cons
Desktop feels like a 10/10 but the mobile app is still around a 6/10. Quick entries don't feel great and the whole experience is a bit too fiddly. On an iPhone, moving blocks around or tweaking database filters can quickly turn into frustration.

“Linked notes for campaigns”
Pros
I like that it lets me connect notes, tasks and briefs to each other so everything stays tied together for the full campaign. That way, all the key details are always connected and easy to pull up when I need them.
Cons
More complex pages can be intimidating for newer users and getting started takes more back-and-forth than with simpler tools.

“Outstanding organization features”
Pros
There are plenty of organization features that have genuinely been a lifesaver for me over the years. I also use them with my team and it's been really helpful for keeping everything coordinated.
Cons
A few functions can be a bit confusing at first but once you spend some time with them, it starts to click. You just need a little learning curve and after that it becomes much simpler to use.

“Fast idea capture anytime”
Pros
Ideas can come at any time during the day and I don't have to rush around trying to find a spot to save them for later follow-up. I open the app on my phone and quickly capture what I need to take action on later.
Cons
I haven't run into a real downside using it. A few other apps I've tried sometimes glitch or stall and need restarting but this one has stayed on track even after updates and generally performs above my expectations.

“Helped me stay productive”
Pros
It's simple and has helped me stay really productive. The toolbar is clean and I didn't take long to figure it out on my own so I could start using it right away and keep momentum.
Cons
What I like least is the limited ability to color the page for more engaging webpage visuals. Also, there are times when the toolbar seems to disappear unexpectedly.

“Cloud-based system”
Pros
Really enjoying how customizable it is. You can set it up in basically any way you want and build the kind of system that fits your workflow. Since it's cloud-based, storing documents and files is simple too and I don't have to worry about keeping everything synced on my end.
Cons
Because the platform is so flexible, it's pretty easy to end up creating lots of folders and sections. Without a solid organization routine, it's also easy to get overwhelmed since there are so many options to manage.

“Useful for documentation”
Pros
It feels incredibly flexible and it's been genuinely useful for documenting things and sharing internal knowledge. I especially like being able to organize design notes, technical documentation and planning pages all in one workspace. After the initial setup, it turns into a solid reference point that teams can consistently rely on.
Cons
Using it by itself isn't the best fit for highly structured project management. Also, when pages get large or packed with complex content, performance can dip a bit.

“Tons of customization options”
Pros
Notion really shines for organizing notes. There are tons of customization options you can do from a single page without making things complicated and the whole setup is simple to use day to day. I also like that you can embed other tools and even websites directly into your pages which makes it easy to keep everything in one place.
Cons
That said, I wouldn't call it the best option for full-on team management or task management software. It's fantastic for project collaboration, keeping software codebase documentation organized and supporting team collaboration overall-but for managing tasks and teams specifically, other dedicated tools seem like a better fit.

“Helpful for monitoring projects”
Pros
you can build pages, boards or lists exactly to match what you need. On top of that, real-time collaboration makes it simple to keep everyone aligned, see project progress as it changes and contribute without a bunch of back-and-forth.
Cons
It does take a little time to get comfortable with all the features and a few options are locked behind a paid subscription-particularly some of the AI-related integrations.

“Polished design”
Pros
Its design feels really polished and the customization options are excellent. The open-ended layout lets you build and arrange your workspace the way you want so you can set up your tools around your actual needs and preferences.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much I dislike about Notion. The only thing I can point to is that a few of the templates come with an extra cost.
