“Brings everything together”
Pros
I'm a big fan of Notion because it brings notes, tasks and collaboration into one workspace. As a developer, I can keep client requirements, sprint notes and even code snippets in the same place which feels solid and reliable for the team.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that when pages get complex, they become heavy and start to feel messy. As we add more projects, it gets harder to maintain a clean structure and it also takes juniors some time to get comfortable with how everything is organized.

“Easy to access”
Pros
Using it, businesses can finally build their own system and keep everything neatly stored in one place. It stays easy to access and you can connect other tools you use to bring everything into a single database whether that's product information or client testimonials.
Cons
There's not a whole lot to complain about. The main weak spot is the AI features: it feels overdue, doesn't perform well for searching and struggles with context.

“Powerful integrations”
Pros
I really like how customizable it is and how it lets you put together exactly what you need. The templates are a huge time-saver when you're setting up new pages and the database features keep getting better and more useful. On top of that, the integrations feel genuinely powerful and the overall look of the workspace can turn out great as long as you're willing to put in a bit of effort.
Cons
Because you start with that blank-canvas flexibility and a lot of customization options, there's a steeper learning curve than you'd get with more pre-configured tools.

“Well-balanced solution”
Pros
The app is really simple to use and it lets you create your own setups the way you prefer. Flexibility is the big win here since it can fit a bunch of different use cases without feeling too limited.
Cons
Occasionally the mobile app has issues and won't load the page you just opened. Loading can also feel a bit slow at times. It's not specialized specifically for note-taking or low-code app development so it's not perfect at everything though it still feels like a well-balanced solution overall.

“Works well across devices”
Pros
I really enjoy the collaborative, productive teamwork this program supports. It's installed on my phone, my computer and all my work devices so I can stay involved wherever I am.
Cons
When multiple people are using it at the same time, the buffering and occasional slowness can get a bit congested.

“Incredible AI features”
Pros
This tool makes it simple to set up notes, wikis, project boards, CRMs, to-do lists, content calendars and even databases. Also, the built-in AI feature is a real plus, it helps generate documentation without a ton of manual effort. The block-based system is also a nice touch since you can design your pages in a way that actually fits your workflow.
Cons
The amount of options can feel overwhelming at times, particularly if you're brand new. The UI could use some improvement compared to how it looks and functions today. Getting the hang of it does seem to rely on solid onboarding.

“Must-have project management solution”
Pros
This software helps me manage a team of developers, keep our SOPs organized and track projects in one place. As a web developer, it's become my go-to project management solution.
Cons
It takes some time to learn especially if you're not already comfortable with how databases work but coaching and YouTube tutorials can make it much easier to get up to speed.

“Easy task organization without clutter”
Pros
It's simple to use and it makes it easy to organize the tasks assigned to you without all the usual clutter you get from a typical planner.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve at first-the range of features and how they work together took some time to get used to so setup felt a little tedious initially.

“Top-notch task management platform”
Pros
It feels like the best task management and special-project software I've seen. Our company maintains a master list of 70 tasks for an ongoing project and every team member is clearly assigned a set. It also lets us log both when a task starts and when it's completed. On top of that, there's a ton of automation available-we're still nowhere near fully using it.
Cons
it is impressive overall but their AI assistant still needs some refinement. I tried it early on and the task automation wasn't very strong and later I ran into a paywall when I wanted to keep using it. I'd really like access to an unlimited conversation-style AI in the future.

“Widely used software”
Pros
Notion's pretty standard so chances are other teams already use it, making collaboration simple. If teammates aren't on it yet, getting up to speed is still fairly simple.
Cons
Can feel a bit complex. Even with the intent to keep things simple, the overall experience doesn't always feel fully user-friendly.

“Keeps us aligned”
Pros
It is fantastic for keeping article drafts, editorial calendars and team notes all in one workspace. Our small publishing team can collaborate in real time, share progress updates and clearly track assignments without bouncing between different tools. The setup makes it simple to stay aligned while we're working through submissions.
Cons
Occasionally the more advanced features and permission settings feel a bit confusing. When something urgent comes up, getting timely support can take effort. Also, new team members usually need extra onboarding guidance to get productive quickly which can be tough during busy submission windows.

“Extremely capable system”
Pros
It turned out to be way more capable than I initially assumed and I underestimated it at first. While it isn't usually treated as a traditional task or project management tool, you can configure it to work that way, just kind of awkwardly and with some extra effort. Under the hood, it's really strong as a database and once you figure out how everything fits together, there are a bunch of useful features that start to click. The built-in AI tools have also been genuinely helpful.
Cons
Customer support has been disappointing. Response times are long and when you do finally hear back, the answers often don't resolve bigger issues that ended up blocking progress. The product also doesn't feel very user-friendly so I've had to dig into my own research just to get it working the way I need. If I'm being honest, I'd switch to different tools for some of the use cases I'm currently handling with it even if that costs more. I also think the baseline AI features should be included with the paid plans rather than pushed into expensive add-ons. There's no option to chat live with a person, email support has been hard to navigate and calling is only available at certain payment tiers. None of that would be as frustrating if the software itself were easier to understand and operate.

“Minimal interface”
Pros
This tool really works for me because it's super flexible while keeping the interface clean and minimal. It also brings together notes and databases in one place so I don't need separate tools just to organize everything.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve for new users. Offline mode feels a little underpowered and larger pages can take noticeably longer to load.

“Feature-rich software”
Pros
The interface feels really polished and everything looks nice, clean and well-organized. It also comes packed with features so there's a lot you can actually do with it. The calendar feature is especially useful, too.
Cons
Getting the most out of it can have a bit of a learning curve. It's easy to spend too long building overly complex systems that you don't genuinely need and that can end up eating a lot of time.

“Enjoyable experience”
Pros
It gives you a lot of freedom to organize things the way you want. I really enjoyed customizing pages, linking blocks together and collaborating with other people without much hassle. It's been easy to adapt the whole setup to different workflows whether I'm handling project management, note-taking or tracking goals.
Cons
Once you start, the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming, particularly if you're new. Also, the app depends heavily on an internet connection and when some pages get really large, they can take a while to load.

“Makes it easier to stay focused”
Pros
It feels incredibly flexible and makes it simple to collaborate on projects while staying on top of tasks. Being able to build multiple digital notebooks and dashboards really helps keep everything organized which has made it easier to stay focused and finish projects more effectively.
Cons
The setup takes time because customization runs deep which creates a noticeable learning curve-especially if you're just starting out. Getting everything up and running on the go (using it while moving around) also felt a bit tricky.

“Simple once you figure it out”
Pros
Found it easy to use and I really like how you can organize the layout however you want. I definitely would've used this earlier in college if I'd come across it back then.
Cons
At the beginning, there's a fair bit of clicking around and navigating the menus. Once you get comfortable with the website though, everything feels effortless.

“Shared workspace for projects”
Pros
It is fully customizable so it's easy to tailor it to different projects, teams or even entire industries. It's also pretty user-friendly which really helps when I'm collaborating with clients who aren't very tech-savvy, I can still run our projects in a shared workspace that they can navigate without too much trouble.
Cons
There aren't many downsides I can point to but the interface doesn't feel as familiar and the overall design is a bit visually unappealing to me. I personally prefer project management tools like Jira, Trello or Asana because their layout feels more like "standard" project software and that familiarity makes me more confident about jumping in and managing work there.
