Pros

Booking and editing my appointments is very smooth. I love the flexibility it offers, especially with recurring bookings.

Cons

There's no notification for overlapping bookings, such as booking two names in one room simultaneously.

Ease of use and calendar view

Pros

The calendar view and user-friendly interface are fantastic. Other options I tried either felt like basic calendars or overly complicated project management tools.

Cons

The annual price keeps increasing with minimal changes in functionality.

Pros

This software is our go-to for scheduling surgeries. It's great for collaborative scheduling and tracking changes.

Cons

The only issue we've faced is printing a schedule for an individual room, but we've found a workaround.

Pros

The web-based access is a lifesaver for our instructors. Email notifications and vcal attachments make integration seamless.

Cons

We'd like to have more customizable fields to track materials with specific entries in the database rather than narrative in the agenda field.

Pros

I really like the permissions feature - it keeps editing controlled while allowing easy viewing for everyone.

Cons

As an admin, I see things differently from regular users, and it reflects in what we print. I wish everyone had the admin view.

Scheduling is a breeze

Pros

Office Tracker has been a game-changer for our mobile workforce. Customization options, color-coding, and real-time updates make scheduling simple..

Cons

The only downside is needing a server or dedicated machine to act as the server. Usually not an issue, but if I'm away and it goes down, we're stuck until someone fixes it.

Eay to use and great visualisation

Pros

The ability to categorize jobs with color-coded labels is incredibly effective for managing our engineers and their tasks.

Cons

The start-up time for processing names and events feels too long. Also, managing licenses over a 24-hour period could be improved for better organization.
