Great Progam for Scheduling

Pros

Office Tracker has made scheduling at our business effortless. What I love most is the ability to color code rentals and lessons on the schedule, making it less confusing. The recurring feature is also a time-saver.

Cons

I can easily identify the event recipient and have all our "employees" listed for easy selection. There's a lot of helpful information that can be listed for each event.

Cons

We heavily rely on event reminders, but they seem to break often and don't send properly.

Pros

It is simple to navigate around and quickly check dates. Printing out a report of the week's meetings is also smooth.

Cons

I find it frustrating that when scheduling a recurring meeting, I can't simply exclude unavailable dates or move the meeting to another room. Currently, I have to schedule meetings up to the unavailable date and then after, which is quite cumbersome. Having the option to move the meeting or exclude the date would make scheduling much easier.

Best Scheduling Software

Pros

Booking work into a busy shop is very easy. Scheduling jobs for 10 technicians is manageable and easy to understand.

Cons
