Making it Work!

Pros

OfficeTracker is incredibly flexible and user-friendly. I found the training process to be quick and simple. Making changes to appointments, adjusting capacity, and revising plans couldn't be easier.

Cons

We wish this software integrated with other programs more seamlessly.

Pros

Office and Operating Room Scheduler

Pros

The software is extremely intuitive, and we've had no major issues or lost schedules since using it. We have not needed to call for support at all.

Cons

Removing medical providers who are no longer with the practice is cumbersome and time-consuming. Administrative tasks could be streamlined for efficiency.

Office Tracker organized our business!

Pros

Thanks to the recent upgrades, we can now access schedules on our personal devices like phones, which has significantly improved our communication and planning.

Cons

it gets the job done

Pros

It helps us effectively manage around 40 people, multiple rooms, and various equipment pieces without any hassle.

Cons

We need more flexibility, especially regarding custom fields, as the current limit is too restrictive. Additionally, the interface feels outdated and upgrading everyone simultaneously via group policy is not possible.

Overnight lost all future event entries with no explanation why.

Pros

Unfortunately, I found this product to be extremely unfriendly and lacking in technical support. Additionally, I've heard the annual fees are increasing before our next renewal, so I'm switching platforms immediately.

Cons

Ultimately, the Office Tracker system has failed me. Restoring from the existing backed-up version is impractical due to the lack of recent backups. Considering the reliability issues, I'm considering switching to Google Calendar. The lack of direct support has caused significant problems for our business, and I'm extremely disappointed with the product.

Only if you can figure it out!

Pros

Initially, the support team seemed helpful and friendly, but later I realized I was left to figure things out on my own, especially during installation. The program is quite fragile, and any deviation from the instructions leads to ongoing issues. Despite purchasing a 3-user contract, the program fails when the third user logs in. And if I have a question, I'm charged over $100 just for one answer, with no room for further clarification. Finding local help is also a challenge, as few people are familiar with the program. It's suitable for tech-savvy users, but for those less experienced or with limited time, it's better to explore other options.

Cons

I'm extremely disappointed with the product itself and the lack of direct support available for clients like me.
