Pros

It's very user friendly and everyone can access all the job details on their own. It contains all the necessary information for work.

Cons

It is not very flexible. We are eagerly waiting for two important features: the ability to download the composite card in different languages and the ability to create contracts directly.

Great tool OnSinch - review

Pros

The operator provides pleasant and helpful communication and the app itself is super user-friendly.

Cons

Honestly I don't have an answer to this question. Whenever we needed additional functionality that wasn't available in Sinch it was quickly added after an agreement.

What I like the most is its simplicity. It meets all the needs of our staffing agency, and the customer service is excellent!

Cons

Rewiew of satisfied user

Pros

As an on site coordinator for music events with over 50 participants, I like the applications ability to handle everything. I can do it all from my mobile phone, from recording arrival/departure times to assigning work tasks and closing the event. Managing multiple concurrent shifts at large events is also simple. Additionally, I can track my overall workload, check my income, and have all the information I need in one place.

Cons

Most of the errors I encounter are due to coordinator (user) mistakes. Apart from a few technical glitches (which were promptly resolved), I have nothing to complain about so far.

Sinch for non-profits

Pros

Sinch is incredibly easy and quick to set up and it is intuitive for users to work with. It helped us efficiently manage thousands of people especially during crisis situations. On the other hand, it offers complex functionalities and provides all the information and tools necessary for end-to-end workers/volunteer management.

Cons

It is not possible to implement the payroll module additionally after the main instance is running. Database imports can only be done once and any subsequent imports need to be manual to avoid overwriting existing data.
