Great Tool to Track Employees Attendance
Great Tool to Track Employees Attendance
Pros
As someone working in the Human Resource department, OpenTime has been an invaluable tool for managing employee attendance. This cloud and web-based platform make it easy to track and record attendance for our team. I particularly like the TimeCards feature, which provides comprehensive data about my staff's office entry times, breaks, and crucially, clock-outs. It helps me compile all the necessary data for monthly payroll processing. The calendar option is wonderful, allowing me to view specific dates or days for any employee. The reporting system is also phenomenal, although it requires a premium subscription. Overall, OpenTime is a safe, reliable, and secure program that simplifies time tracking, absenteeism management, leave records, shift scheduling, and payroll assistance. It's the perfect choice for small businesses and startups, and they even offer a free trial to help you decide. The monthly subscription cost of $25 is highly reasonable. Best of luck!
Cons
Despite offering live-chat support, it's disappointing that it's only available on weekdays and the response rate is slow. It would greatly benefit the quality of their services if they made improvements in this area.
