Pros
OPX serves as our core workflow management application within customer services at ReAssure. We migrated to this software in 2013, and it has been vital for efficient workflow processing, instant management information, and forecasting. The regular upgrades and support from CMS have allowed us to customize OPX to meet our evolving business needs. CMS consistently improves the core functionality and performance of OPX, driving efficiency and productivity in our customer services operations.
Cons
I don't have any specific dislikes about the software. The CMS team is continuously developing OPX, and soon it will be web-based.

Pros
OPX has been instrumental in our journey towards operational excellence. We aimed to achieve high performance and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. By partnering with Corporate Modelling, we found the perfect tool to support our operational transformation. With cultural changes and organizational restructuring, the results speak for themselves: a 600% reduction in outstanding work volumes, an 80% decrease in costly contractor resource usage, and a 200% reduction in regulatory breaches. I highly recommend the OPX product, as it has successfully underpinned operational transformations in multiple organizations, benefiting the company, its customers, and its overall performance. Corporate Modelling has been an outstanding partner, consistently responsive and focused on client satisfaction. Real-time information, management information, productivity, utilization, efficiency, work queue analysis, and quality control are critical aspects that OPX delivers effectively, leading to service improvements through better work and people management, improved planning, and enhanced operational control.

The preset MI is satisfactory, but we had to make some refinements to fully meet our needs.
