Pros

They offer a wide range of features such as scheduling, pay rates, reporting and employee profiles. They even have suitable phone apps for both users and administrators. When I was migrating to their cloud solution, I reached out to their very helpful and knowledgeable customer service department. They were friendly and guided me through a few obstacles which I was facing in importing our local system.

Cons

It is really difficult for me to come up with any cons here. Occasionally I need to adjust a punch from one day to another for overnight workers. but I haven't contacted customer support about this particular issue so it is a minor concern that cannot make any difference in the greatness of the software. Yes but there were times when I faced some challenges when generating reports for employees who transitioned from hourly to salary, so I had to create separate hourly and salary profiles and move their badge between them to maintain accurate historical reporting. Again, these are extremely minor issues when considering the overall package. This software is truly excellent!

Pros

It effortlessly keeps track of employees clock-ins and clock-outs which allows for multiple punches within a day.

Cons

If an employee fails to punch in or out it resets the day and doesn't show the accumulated hours as if the punch never existed. This is something that needs to be fixed.

The screens are sleek and clear which makes everything very easy to read.

I have Nothing bad to say. I love the software. It is easy to use and all the reports are readily available whenever required.

I very much love the fact that I can access my time clock from anywhere including my phone!

It is a cloud based solution with well designed screens. Also there are numerous configuration options available. Furthermore employees find it easy to log in using the mobile app and check their time logs and PTO.

The first time setup is a bit time consuming but I believe thats the nature of the product that is the beast among all. The one drawback I noticed is that you can't schedule reports to run automatically.

Pros

It is a web based solution that very nicely tracks holidays and paid time off. It offers a variety of reports to monitor benefits, time off and tardiness. The staff of mine also like the printed hours summary.

Cons

The initial training wasn't the best as per me. The training videos are too unclear. I still have an issue with employees clocking in and it not registering. And the problem is going on for six months. The support team haven't been able to figure out the problem.

Pros

First and foremost it is a cloud based system which allows for easy login and work from any workstation, laptop or tablet. Their mobile app is highly useful and provides all the basic functions for managing staff punches and reviewing your own records with the ability to view, modify and add notes. It is understandable that administrative functions cannot be performed from the mobile app which is perfectly fine for us. Last but not the least they offer a facescan clock option.

Cons

The face scan clocks sometimes go offline. Also the process of polling the information can be a bit troublesome in times. Later we get to know that The face scan feature requires proper lighting to work perfectly. We added an LED light directly above it and that resolved the issue.

Pros

I really like the ability to access time records in the cloud from different locations. It is also quite simple to sync the software with the time clock and make necessary updates.

Cons

When thinking of the cons, None come to mind immediately. This is a great product that comes with an excellent value. It is a great shift as compared to the time clock software I used previously.
