Pros
It offers one of the greatest usage trackings I have ever seen. It is very easy to use the ‘Funnels’ to track when and if a user has completed the desired task from beginning to end. Pendo offers a deep insight into our customer base with complete information on what features they interact with or how much time they spent looking at a certain page of our app.
Cons
Pendo handles the URLs unconventionally. They are strictly case-sensitive. We were forced to tag the URLs with both the lower and uppercase variations. It just cost us more time, thats all.

With Pendo's powerful search and data collection options we have experienced faster operations leading to improved performance within our team. The quick search feature integrated with all platform options allows for excellent flexibility enabling us to sort results based on product type target groups and customer behavior. The customizable dashboards and userfriendly reports make it easy to understand the data and make informed decisions. The collaborative aspect of the platform has been particularly beneficial as it facilitates discussions and helps us set accurate timelines for implementing necessary actions.
Cons
Mastering the platform does require a significant amount of effort. Occasionally we come across errors in the collected data or face challenges in finding the desired information. In some cases these issues may be due to improper setup or user error which can impact the accuracy of the data.

One of the standout features of Pendo is the ability to post announcements related to our products events and training directly within the platform. This alternative outlet for communication with our clients has proven to be highly effective especially when emails don't always capture their attention. It has provided us with an additional means of engagement.
Cons
Certain areas of the tool are not as intuitive as others. Personally I have faced some difficulties when trying to edit existing resources within the Resources Guide section. It would be helpful if this aspect of the tool could be improved for smoother navigation.

Configuring Pendo is a breeze allowing users to be up and running in just minutes. The reporting capabilities are fantastic providing us with valuable insights. We utilize it for client communication feedback collection and NPS score tracking. It effectively fulfills its purpose and meets our expectations.
Cons
The integrations with other tools can sometimes be a bit complex to manage due to Pendo's advanced features and multiple options. While the granular reporting capabilities are a plus they can also make the process of configuring and reviewing reports more timeconsuming.

Pendo has been an absolute delight to use and it constantly surprises me with new insights into our users and products. The powerful analytic tools have been invaluable for our Product Managers in making important roadmap decisions tracking feature adoption and monitoring user behavior. The Funnel and Pathing features have greatly assisted our design team in studying user flows and making realtime design adjustments. We frequently utilize the guides to announce new features market events collect user feedback and educate users on our product's capabilities. The NPS functionality has been particularly beneficial as it allows us to continuously collect user feedback and track our Net Promoter Score NPS and ProductMarket Fit PMF score quarter by quarter. Pendo has provided value to multiple departments within our organization including Product Customer Success Marketing and Sales.
Cons
The learning curve for Pendo is quite steep. It takes time to fully grasp all the features and nuances of the tool and proper setup and configuration are crucial for maximizing its benefits. The initial steps such as integrating the Pendo snippet into the codebase setting up data attributes tagging pages and features and creating segments can be challenging. In the past when multiple users without proper training used the tool simultaneously it resulted in a messy Pendo instance with unreliable data. It is advisable to have a designated Pendo owner within the organization who is wellversed in the tool and responsible for its implementation and maintenance. Once properly set up Pendo becomes an incredibly powerful and valuable tool for any organization.

Pros
During our transition to Leap and QuickBooks we had a smooth experience overall. The support we received both during and after the transition was excellent. It was easy to reach out to someone whenever we had concerns or issues and they were dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction. Both our attorneys and accounting team found the program to be satisfactory primarily due to its ease of use. We have been using it day in and day out without encountering many problems and any issues that did arise were promptly addressed.
Cons
While Leap and QuickBooks have been generally reliable there is room for improvement in certain reporting aspects. The quality of the available reports is generally good but in some areas they fell slightly short of our expectations. We believe that with some enhancements the reporting capabilities could be even more effective and comprehensive.
