It is easy for me to organize projects and activities, giving me control over my activities and time. It's very useful for delegating items and following up. It serves as a very good communication tool for my team.

Cons

There is no Italian language option for software, customer support, assistance, webinars, or instructions.

This is very well thought-out software,simple, efficient but also scalable to my more advanced user preferences.

If I had to answer, I would say more training and explanation on how and why to use some of the features I was unfamiliar with. I found these features to be very valuable once I figured out what they were about and how to use them. I wish I'd explored more sooner.

I am slowly getting rid of notes all over my desk. Priority Matrix is robust enough for me to use for noting all actions necessary.

Cons

I have not experienced any negative issues. The only real challenge for me is getting used to using this tool to replace the self-inflicted chaos of notecards, etc.

I admire that I can see at a glance what has been completed and what needs to be done in order to meet my objectives by the established deadline. It prevents duplicity and helps me to be more productive. It's great that if I'm out, there are instructions on what duties absolutely must be performed on a daily basis, outlined by means of priority.

Cons

I have to spend time getting to know the parameters of the software. After I am familiar with it, I can customize my settings to allow the software to only notify me of what's important to me. Do I need to get a message every time a task is completed? Well, it depends on who that task is assigned to.

Pros

This is the best implementation of the Eisenhower matrix management tool I've come across. It works and syncs across my PC, Mac, iPhone, and Android. It's very intuitive to learn and use. Support is very responsive to any issues and very accessible for training and assistance.

Cons

I had a few annoying bugs initially (PC version crashes, display refresh rendering issues), but these have been addressed in updates and it is very stable now. The PC and iOS versions are very polished and have a consistent feel; the Android version looks and feels clunky by comparison.

Pros

The 4 quadrant system makes sense to me. Being able to label them helps me custom design each project. I also like being able to drag items between quadrants and projects.

Cons

There is a way to do this, but I would like to be able to pull up a list of the 10 "hottest" to-dos for the day from all of my projects.

The format provides visual cues for me to easily prioritize time and effort. Reporting and ranking of co-workers promotes friendly competition and desire to excel.

Lack of access control to prevent accidental edits to projects/tasks owned by someone else. No additional cons to mention at this time.

I like that I can send emails directly to my projects and search for them within the program. I also appreciate that I can color-coordinate the projects.

I wish there was a better tutorial so I could learn about all the features. I wish I could add more or fewer quadrants to each project. More colors would be nice. The icons don't really work for me.

I enjoy customizing each project with headers, colors, and icons. The date reminders are super handy, and the conversation area allows me to make notes and have them time-stamped.

It is trickier to use with lots of people communicating. I like this more without sharing projects. Sharing projects would be better with more options for tailored notifications or levels of sharing.

I like the way I can sort my things in the same way I think and used to write memos. I like the way I can choose what quadrants I can see and prioritize seeing the important things first while hiding the less important ones. It is easy to use and I can start immediately.

There are an overwhelming number of features that I have yet to master, so it makes the application seem busier and more complex than it actually is.

Capturing all my details in one place and then being able to view and process them as needed helps me organize my day.

The ability to move items directly from Outlook to my Priority Management inbox or to a project is by far the most valuable tool. It's easy to share tasks or projects with co-workers, even if they don't use Priority Matrix.

Frequent updates often require me to reinstall the software on my PC to be able to access all of the features. I've had to do this three times in three months.

I find it user-friendly, simple, with great features and awesome customer support at a reasonable price point. I think the Outlook extension is fantastic.

I do wish it had a few more features like sub-projects, for example. I have had a few requests in the past for certain features that were not available, but on the positive side, I think the PM team is always looking for ways to improve the tool.

The ability to drag and drop items easily between boxes and projects is fantastic. I can use it seamlessly across my devices, from my Mac Pro desktop to my iPhone.

The fact that it automatically creates a due date if the item has a day or date in the title is frustrating. I can't create my own icons, such as client logos or my own icons for personal use.

The multi-platform support is great for me. I can use it on the road with mobile support and still have a native Windows application for intensive work.

I need more flexibility to help with more Franklin Style daily planning. I also need more flexibility to import/export data from industry-standard tools (i.e., MS OneNote, MS Excel). The current file import function can be clumsy.

Pros

I like everything about this software. My company and team have used the "4 quadrant concept" even before we started using Priority Matrix, so it was really a perfect match for us.

Cons

I can't delegate a task to more than one person. I can add followers, but if I sort by just tasks that are delegated to me, I will miss out on things that I'm actually responsible for but didn't know because they were delegated to someone else on my team.
