Process.st has been a game-changer for me. I've been able to create interactive learning modules for my online program, incorporating files and videos where needed. I've also streamlined repetitive tasks and onboarding for new employees by documenting internal processes. I highly recommend it!
Cons
Users need to save their link to easily return to their work, and I've had to guide people on how to do that and where to keep those links.

It's very easy to use and also collaborating with my team but also with outside guests and clients from other organizations has become so easy now.

Cons
The integrations for Microsoft products within Process Street could be more developed. There are certain functionalities that I can only access through API calls, which I would prefer to do within the GUI. Additionally, I would prefer or like more comprehensive pages and better pricing options for smaller organizations.

When editing templates, the active workflow runs are not always updated properly. Additionally, pathways don't work correctly, and the tool can sometimes become disorganized. It would be beneficial to have a testing feature where I can test the run without assignees receiving numerous notifications.

Process Street software is quite user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with all our other software through Zapier. We can build dynamic and scalable processes easily. No other software in this price range even comes close.
Cons
It would be helpful to have a copy and paste feature for specific parts of a process. Currently, you can only duplicate the entire process, not just a task or a section of a task.
