Pros
We bought Process Street to create a visual guide for repetitive tasks in our agency. It combines our standard procedures with tasks that can be assigned to staff and allows us to track progress. Before we assigned tasks to staff with a checklist and linked to the corresponding procedure. With Process Street everything is in one place allowing us to verify that staff follow procedures correctly every time they complete a task.
Cons
Although there is room for improvement building new tasks with this tool is generally easy and intuitive. One area that could use improvement is the way droppedin images always load at the bottom of the edit view. This can be a bit tedious if you are trying to edit a task with many screenshots as you have to drag the images back up. However overall this is a very userfriendly way to build a visual SOP for each task in our agency.

Previously, we assigned general tasks to staff with preloaded checklists and provided a link to refer to the SOPs. Process Street consolidates all these elements into a single package, making it effortless for us to ensure that staff members follow SOPs while completing tasks, ensuring consistent adherence to the correct procedures.
Cons
Creating new tasks is easy and intuitive. However, certain functionality could be improved. For instance, dropped-in images always load at the bottom of the edit view, which can be tedious when editing a task with numerous screenshots, requiring dragging them back up the chain. Nevertheless, overall, it's a highly user-friendly method for developing a visual SOP for each task in our agency.

I'm amazed at how easily I picked up and mastered Process Street. The introduction of conditional logic made it even easier for individuals with limited technical skills to grasp the basics. Now, with the addition of "and/or" statements, it opens up a whole realm of possibilities. Process Street has given me a more significant role within the company, although I've only been here for a few months. Everyone who has used Process Street in our company has expressed how much time it has saved them. As it continues to evolve, we keep discovering new ways to integrate it into our operations.
Cons
There are a couple of concerns I have: firstly, the inability to schedule monthly schedules for weekdays only, and secondly, validations on number questions don't work with numbers starting with 0.

As we were planning to get Process Street for our organization, the first step was to include our operations processes in the library. Adding links from Google Docs to our library was not an issue, and our Operations Manual is now up to date and accessible to everyone in the organization.
Cons
One drawback is the lack of direct integration with our Filemaker database system. During the evaluation, Process Street's connectors didn't connect to Filemaker. This meant that using those features would require duplicating data input or developing a custom software solution as a conduit to Filemaker, which we might consider funding in the future. Despite not utilizing all of Process Street's features, we are currently satisfied with what we are using.
