A simple way to complete repetitive processes in my business.

Pros

Using this platform to streamline my business processes and having them readily accessible whenever needed. This is something that has allowed me to: reduce execution times, minimize the chances of skipping a step and making errors, and effortlessly delegate tasks.

Cons

I wish that the pricing plan offered by the platform could be changed. Since I don't use it frequently enough, so the monthly plan doesn't seem worthwhile. If there were a more accessible plan available, it would be easier to use and maintain a paid subscription for a longer period.

Entry Level Product for Task Management/Onboarding

Pros

I like the relative simplicity of using the platform and the ability to quickly copy/create standard flows. It makes it quite convenient for other members of the organization to have assigned tasks without requiring a license.

Cons

It lacks some automation features that could take it to the next level and further streamline certain tasks. Additionally, it can be a bit challenging to get an overall view of multiple tasks happening simultaneously.

Everything is Great so Far!

Pros

The support from the customer and sales team has been exceptional thus far. Although we are in the early stages of implementing Process St, they have been very patient and helpful in addressing my numerous questions by providing detailed responses. Currently, we are using it to enhance our employee onboarding experience. While we haven't gone live yet, we can already envision significant improvements in our current processes. We are thrilled about the opportunities that Process St offers for present and future process enhancements in our business!

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to understand the platform and its functionalities. However, as I mentioned before, the Customer Support is exceptional and more than willing to provide helpful resources such as articles, videos, or even schedule a call to guide you through any difficulties until everything clicks.

The Great Time Saver

Pros

Process St has been contributory in saving us a significant amount of time and ensuring nothing is overlooked. In the property management industry, where there are numerous moving parts, it helps our entire team stay informed and prevent any oversights.

Cons

When we initially started using the platform, we purchased 10 consulting hours to assist with the setup. Now that we're mostly up and running, it would be great to have the option to purchase 30 to 60 minutes of consulting for occasional questions or concerns. Currently, the available packages only offer multiple hours of consulting.

Process Street is a must have

Pros

I would really like to mention one thing that the user-friendliness of Process Street is extraordinary. Even a new employee can quickly navigate and create pages within a span of 1 to 3 days.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have more tutorials available to become a Process Street Subject Matter Expert.

What I love about the Product

Pros

One of the things I like the most is the ability to store and edit step by step processes at any time which ensures the quality of work. It also promotes systematic collaboration between users.

Cons

I haven't come across any aspects that I dislike about it. Perhaps it could be addressed in future updates or something.
