Pros
Using this platform to streamline my business processes and having them readily accessible whenever needed. This is something that has allowed me to: reduce execution times, minimize the chances of skipping a step and making errors, and effortlessly delegate tasks.
Cons
I wish that the pricing plan offered by the platform could be changed. Since I don't use it frequently enough, so the monthly plan doesn't seem worthwhile. If there were a more accessible plan available, it would be easier to use and maintain a paid subscription for a longer period.

I like the relative simplicity of using the platform and the ability to quickly copy/create standard flows. It makes it quite convenient for other members of the organization to have assigned tasks without requiring a license.
Cons
It lacks some automation features that could take it to the next level and further streamline certain tasks. Additionally, it can be a bit challenging to get an overall view of multiple tasks happening simultaneously.

Pros
The support from the customer and sales team has been exceptional thus far. Although we are in the early stages of implementing Process St, they have been very patient and helpful in addressing my numerous questions by providing detailed responses. Currently, we are using it to enhance our employee onboarding experience. While we haven't gone live yet, we can already envision significant improvements in our current processes. We are thrilled about the opportunities that Process St offers for present and future process enhancements in our business!
Cons
There is a slight learning curve to understand the platform and its functionalities. However, as I mentioned before, the Customer Support is exceptional and more than willing to provide helpful resources such as articles, videos, or even schedule a call to guide you through any difficulties until everything clicks.

Cons
When we initially started using the platform, we purchased 10 consulting hours to assist with the setup. Now that we're mostly up and running, it would be great to have the option to purchase 30 to 60 minutes of consulting for occasional questions or concerns. Currently, the available packages only offer multiple hours of consulting.

The document generation feature is what I like the most. I can create workflows and share them with my colleagues, and the private library allows me to store my personal workflow processes. My overall experience with Process Street has been amazing.
Cons
I think the navigator, such as inserting a file, link, or adding a photo, could be improved. Currently, I can't directly paste a screenshot of a document, so I have to add it from the saved photos on my device. I suggest adding a feature to directly insert a screenshot image.

I absolutely love how I can easily access all my current and past tasks for each client. It allows me to clearly outline all the necessary steps for every department process which ensures timely and consistent completion.
Cons
It would be great if there was an option to add special tasks to individual processes. These tasks are infrequent or specific one-time tasks for particular clients, and it would be convenient to include them in a to-do list without editing it for future flows.

Process Street allows me to easily track customer requests and send them notifications once tasks are completed. The ability to directly email customers from the platform is a significant advantage. I also like being able to submit bugs to my tech team and monitor their progress until resolution.
Cons
The aspect that I believe has the most potential for improvement is the Slack notifications. They are incredibly useful in promptly alerting me to tasks that require attention. However, it's often challenging to complete the necessary actions within Slack itself. Navigating to the web browser from Slack isn't as simple as I thought, so I either have to access the email notification or manually visit the Process Street site.
