“A simple way to complete repetitive processes in my business.
Pros
Using this platform to streamline my business processes and having them readily accessible whenever needed. This is something that has allowed me to: reduce execution times, minimize the chances of skipping a step and making errors, and effortlessly delegate tasks.
Cons
I wish that the pricing plan offered by the platform could be changed. Since I don't use it frequently enough, so the monthly plan doesn't seem worthwhile. If there were a more accessible plan available, it would be easier to use and maintain a paid subscription for a longer period.

“Entry Level Product for Task Management/Onboarding
Pros
I like the relative simplicity of using the platform and the ability to quickly copy/create standard flows. It makes it quite convenient for other members of the organization to have assigned tasks without requiring a license.
Cons
It lacks some automation features that could take it to the next level and further streamline certain tasks. Additionally, it can be a bit challenging to get an overall view of multiple tasks happening simultaneously.

“Everything is Great so Far!
Pros
The support from the customer and sales team has been exceptional thus far. Although we are in the early stages of implementing Process St, they have been very patient and helpful in addressing my numerous questions by providing detailed responses. Currently, we are using it to enhance our employee onboarding experience. While we haven't gone live yet, we can already envision significant improvements in our current processes. We are thrilled about the opportunities that Process St offers for present and future process enhancements in our business!
Cons
There is a slight learning curve to understand the platform and its functionalities. However, as I mentioned before, the Customer Support is exceptional and more than willing to provide helpful resources such as articles, videos, or even schedule a call to guide you through any difficulties until everything clicks.

“The Great Time Saver
Pros
Process St has been contributory in saving us a significant amount of time and ensuring nothing is overlooked. In the property management industry, where there are numerous moving parts, it helps our entire team stay informed and prevent any oversights.
Cons
When we initially started using the platform, we purchased 10 consulting hours to assist with the setup. Now that we're mostly up and running, it would be great to have the option to purchase 30 to 60 minutes of consulting for occasional questions or concerns. Currently, the available packages only offer multiple hours of consulting.

Pros
The document generation feature is what I like the most. I can create workflows and share them with my colleagues, and the private library allows me to store my personal workflow processes. My overall experience with Process Street has been amazing.
Cons
I think the navigator, such as inserting a file, link, or adding a photo, could be improved. Currently, I can't directly paste a screenshot of a document, so I have to add it from the saved photos on my device. I suggest adding a feature to directly insert a screenshot image.

Pros
I absolutely love how I can easily access all my current and past tasks for each client. It allows me to clearly outline all the necessary steps for every department process which ensures timely and consistent completion.

“Complete customer requested tasks quickly
Pros
Process Street allows me to easily track customer requests and send them notifications once tasks are completed. The ability to directly email customers from the platform is a significant advantage. I also like being able to submit bugs to my tech team and monitor their progress until resolution.
Cons
The aspect that I believe has the most potential for improvement is the Slack notifications. They are incredibly useful in promptly alerting me to tasks that require attention. However, it's often challenging to complete the necessary actions within Slack itself. Navigating to the web browser from Slack isn't as simple as I thought, so I either have to access the email notification or manually visit the Process Street site.

“Transition Management - Colliers Lease Administration
Pros
I like that all the tasks involved can be included in the template, and I can add logic to account for the specific details of each project. It also simplifies collaboration with multiple individuals working on the project and eliminates duplicative efforts.
Cons
It can be quite challenging to view embedded documents directly within the platform since our company uses SharePoint for document storage. The Single Sign-On (SSO) security measures often restrict access to documents from within Process Street. While the provided link helps locate the document quickly, it requires working outside Process Street, and I have to go back and add additional notes regarding the document(s). I also wish I could integrate with more apps, although I'm unsure if it's our company's security measures preventing that possibility. Additionally, having more control over the project status would be beneficial. We have process projects that haven't started yet, and they sometimes get mixed in with active ones, rather than clearly indicating that they are pending projects.

“good software, but not trustworthy company
Pros
As a small business working in the field of sustainable consultancy, we started utilizing Process Street in 2018. On one hand, the software is highly powerful, but on the other hand, it is quite complex and challenging to familiarize oneself with the product and utilize it properly. However, as we continued working with it, we grew more comfortable and we integrated it into our company's processes and even our client-related processes. Unfortunately, the major drawback for was to remember numerous operational options. It became very difficult mainly if you don't work with it at least on a weekly basis. Therefore, if you're a small or mid-sized company like us that cannot dedicate an employee solely to this software, it's best to steer clear of Process Street.
Cons
Well the primary reason I choose to discontinue using it, or rather distance myself from the company Process Street, was their product policy, or more accurately, their customer exploitation policy, which functions as follows: 1. Begin as a small company and refine the product based on customer/beta tester feedback. 2. Expand, introduce more services, and make customers reliant on the software. 3. Once the customer base is sufficiently large and revenues soar, increase the prices suddenly and excessively.

Pros
Besides the outstanding customer service, I also like the ease of use and the ability to quickly start building something. It's easy to navigate the platform and make necessary changes. While I'm comfortable with complex software, Process Street helps me work smarter, not harder.
Cons
One thing I would prefer is an easier way to assign tasks to one person per workflow that has been executed, without having to set up a new workflow or assign tasks individually. It would be great to select multiple tasks within a workflow and assign them in bulk. “Process Street: Streamline Workflows and Enhance Efficiency
Pros
Process Street offers a robust and user-friendly platform for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity. The software's visual checklist approach allows teams to establish and manage standardized processes, ensuring uniformity and precision. With its intuitive interface and extensive template library, Process Street streamlines the creation and documentation of workflows, facilitating effective collaboration among both technical and non-technical users. The platform's automation features, including conditional logic and task assignments, enhance efficiency and minimize manual labor.
Cons
One potential downside of Process Street is the learning curve associated with mastering its advanced features. While the basic functionality is simple to learn but to fully unlock the platform's potential may require time and training, particularly for users who are new to process management software. Furthermore, the absence of native integrations with certain popular tools may necessitate additional steps or workarounds to connect Process Street with existing workflows, which can be a minor inconvenience.

“Great tool for creating visual SOPs that can improve task completion.
Pros
We bought Process Street to create a visual guide for repetitive tasks in our agency. It combines our standard procedures with tasks that can be assigned to staff and allows us to track progress. Before we assigned tasks to staff with a checklist and linked to the corresponding procedure. With Process Street everything is in one place allowing us to verify that staff follow procedures correctly every time they complete a task.
Cons
Although there is room for improvement building new tasks with this tool is generally easy and intuitive. One area that could use improvement is the way droppedin images always load at the bottom of the edit view. This can be a bit tedious if you are trying to edit a task with many screenshots as you have to drag the images back up. However overall this is a very userfriendly way to build a visual SOP for each task in our agency.

“A Great Tool For Visual SOPs That Improves Task Completion Quality
Pros
The primary reason we adopted Process Street for our agency is its ability to provide a visual, step by step process for repetitive tasks. Combining our internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) with assignable tasks and progress tracking for each step is highly valuable. Previously, we assigned general tasks to staff with preloaded checklists and provided a link to refer to the SOPs. Process Street consolidates all these elements into a single package, making it effortless for us to ensure that staff members follow SOPs while completing tasks, ensuring consistent adherence to the correct procedures.
Cons
Creating new tasks is easy and intuitive. However, certain functionality could be improved. For instance, dropped-in images always load at the bottom of the edit view, which can be tedious when editing a task with numerous screenshots, requiring dragging them back up the chain. Nevertheless, overall, it's a highly user-friendly method for developing a visual SOP for each task in our agency.

Pros
I'm amazed at how easily I picked up and mastered Process Street. The introduction of conditional logic made it even easier for individuals with limited technical skills to grasp the basics. Now, with the addition of "and/or" statements, it opens up a whole realm of possibilities. Everyone who has used Process Street in our company has expressed how much time it has saved them. As it continues to evolve, we keep discovering new ways to integrate it into our operations.
