Pros
The main features are awesome, and so far, I use the task list, time tracking, sales board, and project management section almost daily. I am also very happy with the customer service provided by Productive.io.
Cons
I would like to customize our quotes more, such as changing colors, fonts, layout, and adding additional text like our terms and conditions. Sometimes, I am also confused about small details, like where to click and the link between sales, projects, and pricing (e.g., hourly or not). However, in a few weeks, I have already seen the software update and improve a lot, so I am convinced the team behind Productive.io is working hard to make everything perfect.

Pros
I implemented Productive as a project management tool into my company, ENTG, three years ago. We provide numerous digital services to our clients, and a big chunk of that is also production. When I tried it, it was still in the early phases, but basics like task and time management and contacts were covered. Since then, Productive has upgraded by listening to users like us into a tool that can be used for running a whole organization. We have our sales pipeline, project management and profitability reports, scheduling from recently, and even invoice creation through one click. I would really warmly recommend it to anyone who does not feel like bothering and paying for five different systems to get the same results that Productive can achieve in just one.
Cons
The mobile app is still not performing as optimally as the web app, but it's still very usable and improving daily.
