“A great tool for multiple purposes”
Pros
I like how Productive has a lot of features and is still pretty simple to use. The logic behind everything works great almost always, and for me, it became a tool that I use daily without much thought. I see great value in that. I also appreciate the documentation and the whole team behind it.
Cons
My tasks might still be a bit sloppy, but it could just be because of the way we use it in our company. I am not really sure.

“A great move!”
Pros
Their features catered to agency needs, the great customer service, budget management, simplified time tracking, and the convenience of budgeting and invoicing in one place.
Cons
I find there is a lack of very top-level resourcing, as I can't get an overview of at least four months within one view.

“One of the most practical for profitability tracking”
Pros
The main reason I chose Productive was to be able to track the profitability of each project by assigning a cost to each resource (employee) and tracking billing and expenses on each project. I really appreciate the reporting and customizable dashboard features. I also like that I can email directly to a deal to add entries in the CRM, and the Notion-type documents are a nice touch, though I wish there were more options.
Cons
The CRM is a bit basic. I find notes and follow-ups could be more intuitive and organized. Navigation inside the app is not always clear, and I often find myself searching for the way to get where I need to go. When I try to add time outside the dates of a budget, the error preventing me from adding it is annoying. I would have preferred a warning and the option to add it anyway. I would like to be able to quickly create a task from the time tracking entry on the calendar view if I am working on something that wasn't initially listed. Managing billing and budget is not user-friendly, especially when pre-selling hours.
