One thing that works really well in ProHance is the accuracy of its reports. It gives clear visibility into productivity, automates activity tracking and also lets users record offline official work through TAFS updates.

Cons

A downside is that offline activities still depend on manual TAFS updates.

The thing that really worked well was its accurate data monitoring and the implementation process felt very transparent from start to finish.

It clearly has a lot of potential especially if AI capabilities are added more deeply and that's an area that deserves stronger focus going forward.

From an admin perspective it has been really valuable for giving clearer visibility into workforce productivity and how applications are being used. I can pull detailed reports, keep track of data capture and help managers with insights they can actually act on. The dashboards make it much simpler to identify productivity patterns, improve resource allocation and support better decision-making. It's been particularly helpful when it comes to managing hybrid and remote teams.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is notifying users whenever data capture gets interrupted. That way they would know their activity is not being recorded and could fix the issue right away.

Being able to arrange the dashboard in the way that works best for me is the part I like most as a user.

Cons

When marking time away from the system, it would be better if users could choose the activity in advance instead of having to assign it afterward.

There's still room for users to game the system especially around time away from the system. It also comes with a fairly steep learning curve for users.

One thing that really stands out is how clearly it shows everything in real time. It helps track work hours, application usage, attendance and overall productivity trends which makes day to day monitoring much easier.

A downside mentioned by some users is that the activity tracking can sometimes label people as idle or inactive when they are actually working especially in roles that involve reading or other tasks that do not require much keyboard use.

Getting started with it was a positive experience because the platform is user friendly and the customer support team was very responsive. When we ran into a technical issue, they stepped in quickly and guided us through the interface in a friendly and helpful way. The assistance from the team also made the setup process go well overall.

Cons

There is still room for improvement especially around customization. We would like to see a few additional options such as MFA and other configuration features.

I must say getting a full view of users overall utilization is very helpful and monitoring everything is simple. The tool is also very user friendly and easy to work with.

Keeping track of who has capacity and who is overloaded is much easier with this tool. Also it has been really useful for analyzing team availability assigning work more clearly and following KPI performance. The timed notifications are also a nice touch especially around things like lunch breaks and the pop up reminders help me stay aware of how often I am using it. Setup was simple and overall I'd rate it around a four or five.

Sometimes, ProHance asks for a reason for offline status, even if I've only been away from the system for just 15 minutes.

After 3 hours of inactivity, the ProHance application mistakenly assumes that I've logged off. Also, having to repeatedly provide a reason for logging off becomes somewhat of a nuisance.
