“Not my first choice

Pros

When I joined my current company they were already using PWF primarily for storing contacts and notes about their accounts. We also occasionally utilize it for task assignments.

Cons

The software has limitations in terms of functionality, and the navigation could be improved. Exporting contacts for our new software was challenging, and unfortunately, notes couldn't be exported, resulting in a lot of extra work. The support team couldn't offer much assistance beyond what I could figure out on my own.

ProWorkflow is an all-in-one PMS that is comprehensive and customizable. Its also quite simple and easy to use and offers excellent assistance.

There is a disconnect between the project/project request data and the quote/invoice data.

With PWF, Project planning and task allocation are excellent tools for determining how much time to allocate to projects and tasks. Task and process templates also make it simple to plan out projects and activities. We recommend this software.

Pros

Its a great software that offers a lot of inbuilt templates for projects and tasks. Tracking customers is also simple and creating your reports is easy.

Cons

With PWF, Meetings would be more useful if they appeared on the task lists. I also dont like that the calendar view is also now the only location where you may see them.

It was a great partnership with them. They always maintained transparency throughout. They made sure the final project is error-free.

The software offers excellent features and provides comprehensive data reporting.

Cons

The integration with Xero is terrible and theres a lot of duplication. The invoices and quotes lack flexibility and a professional look. The software feels outdated, expensive and glitchy.

“An impressive software at last

Pros

This software offers seamless team integration and the ability to add custom fields also integrates smoothly with other financial software. Apart from its appealing interface I appreciate how easily it connects with zero and provides an excellent tracking tool.

Its nearly impossible to duplicate a recurring project which should be feasible considering its a monthly project. Additionally purchasing full account access for each of our 25 contractors is not cost effective since they rarely use the software except when necessary.

Its good software with a good team. I appreciate that they always take our feedback into account in order to improve the software and to make it as versatile and adaptive as possible, and they are constantly upgrading and improving the system. So far, everything has gone pretty smoothly for us with PWF.

We chose ProWorkflow because we wanted to monitor project expected hours to actual hours and view the outcomes in a clear graphic manner. PWF has gone above and beyond our expectations in this regard. Its highly flexible and efficient in terms of customization and reporting. We recommend PWF to all our colleagues.

Setting up the profitability reports might take some time.

I dont like that the option to show project locations on a map has been removed, which was formerly accessible.

I like that with PWF, we can set up, estimate, and implement projects for all of our various clients, all the way to the final invoice. Also, I appreciate that our teams are created for each project, allowing us to take full advantage of PWFs communication and file-sharing facilities.

Cons

Proworkflow is not an option if you want a more complex system for proposals and billing.

Overall, we are pleased with the product and would gladly suggest it to others as one of the better options available. Project management, job scheduling, standard reporting, support service quality, email response times, timesheets, and widgets.

I dont like that there is no way to keep track of a persons hourly wage. It would be fantastic if this could be included. Also, It would be really useful to be able to view the status of the expenditure on the front page.

Proworkflow is fantastic! It helps us handle our workflow, invoicing, project management, and so much more. I like that with ProWorkflow, we are perfectly organized. We can also scale up our firm without difficulty using this system.
